Snowmaggedon is on its way. Every HS sports event is cancelled today and tomorrow, and not one snowflake yet. Maybe we should build a wall and keep out the snow. That will work.

Apparently we get hit next week, which in the UK is about 3 inches of snow. Hopefully the Jeep will cope .

So I’ve done the sensible thing and got some ribs in today to smoke over Apple wood. It’s a bit of a twofer as DS has been curing his own piece of belly this week, as I’m teaching him how to make bacon, so I’ll smoke it at the same time as the ribs. Good eatin!

Never been to the UK or Germany. Was supposed to be assigned to both when I was in the Air Force (Alconbury for UK and Ramstein for Germany). Maybe I'll have to try to figure out if I can manage both and come see ya! Of course, I'm hoping to see you in August and although I don't have a smoker(yet), I can offer you some amazing bacon and I make a killer cheesecaje.

Not sure if Randall had any yesterday, but Jodi did and enjoyed it. Adam(
