Morning guys. Did some fishing on the lake this am. Caught a pretty decent catfish; Son has been dying to cook one of our catch, so we did it up and grilled it. He was going nuts. Pretty fun experience for him. (Fish actually tasted pretty good too).

Yes, cooking your own caught fish always tastes better. I guess since you earned it. Or, maybe it's just so fresh.

I usually just buy one. The best down here is from the Key West Key Lime Pie Company. If you ever make it to Key West, the bakery does classes to teach you how to make one using their recipe.

Yep @RodBelding ..get the Nellie & Joe's key lime juice and just follow the recipe on the bottle. Voila! Authentic key lime pie.
