What a great end to the week. 21 patients today makes it a full caseload. And, an extra long day followed by tennis practice and cutting the grass. I really have settled in and the job doesn't seem as overehelming. From the rumor mill, they would gladly let me go back full time.
And therein lies the dilemma. It's nice having the extra retirement $, albeit for just a short while, which will be absorbed back into the new home DW wants.
I just don't know. I feel like Dr. Strange with the time stone and the 1 million outcomes. I hope we are going with the right one.
Maybe in your spare time, the Bears could pick you up as GM? Or at least president of player personnel?
No $ left for a pool. It's already over the budget I set. Maybe after the lotto win.
I've been on the pulmonology floor, and it is tough. Patients do tend to need their O2 in a timely manner. We occasionally get the house full of drunken old roommates who try to share O2 tanks to save $.
You do the same. Cheers.

Morning guys from a sunny but chilly London.
Fry Up for breakfast today, as I may have slightly over indulged in (well outside) the pub last night. It was a pretty cool pub, right alongside HMS Belfast on the River Thames.
I'd sling a pool in there as well mate, in for a penny, in for a pound.
Good luck in the search.
Have a good one all

Morning, Gents! Yesterday was so busy that it was a blurr. I was at a pulmonary specialists office with only one doctor, but it was a busy day. Between the patients that came in, and the phones that wouldn't stop ringing, my day just flew by, which I love, but it was a busy day.
After not being in the office for a year I'm sure it sounded strange, but the drinks after work help with that strange feeling. Right?!
Bet it feels good to have those 3 trips on the books. I still need to get 1 on the books...but I'm working on it.
Enjoy your long weekend.
Amazing worker. Efficient and professional on the telephone and with the patients. She's and amazing worker. And, well, while I didn't stare, I did reposition the computer so I had a better view peripherally.

(takes bow) Thank you.
An amazing typist.
I wish, but that would have been extremely creepy. It would have also gotten me fired.
It was difficult to not type that.
It certainly was pleasant scenery.
A bigger house? Nice.
