It's the Bruins, they don't travel as well as Hawks fansSeriously, the Preds do not do well with weeknight games as they count on the family with kids draw and the kids are in school that week. Very passionate fan base but small as this just is not a hockey town like up north.

DW called me at work to tell me about her vacation weeks. Looks like she has a week in mid Feb. Was hopeful that we could do a long weekend at the World and hit Universal. I didn't like the idea of throwing Universal into our normal Disney vacation. I was optimistic until I looked at airfare. Looks like juts south of $2K no matter what I try. I'm going to keep looking though.
Thanks.

She won her 50 backstroke heat and a candy cane along with it. I posted the picture to FB, but can't get PB to upload it. I'll try later. She also improved on her 50 fly time by 3 seconds and kept the same pace on the 50 and 100 free. Not too bad for only her 2nd meet of the year.
Congrats to DD!!! And safe travels getting back home!!
Tonight I have to hand it to the Hawks on back to back wins and taking over first place. Had a great meet up with Mike and his wonderful family at the game, thank you again for the beer and the great meet up! Still say your DW and DD have better taste in jerseys! Lol

Agree with Randall, nice job guys.
Oh, and Randall, the Rat Birds are going down today.
Happy Sunday fellas
Go Colts!!!
Sure.
Amen Mike! This time of year I usually root for the Falcons, my team before the Oilers moved into town.
Thought you guys would have closed this thing out by now.
Another runner-up weekend for the basketball team. Three tournaments and three silver medals. Boys played well all weekend going 3 and 1 with the only loss in the final. DS was our player of the game for 2 of our games, pulling down 18 rebounds in one game.
One more tournament to go before Christmas and the start of school ball.
Congrats on a good weekend and to Declan on his Rodman-like performance! Continued good luck.

Dude...that chaotic. I had them out for a party...left the cooler outside as it was plenty cool enough. Decided I wanted a beer today none in the house fridge. I went to the garage. It only had Miller Lite and I knew something was amiss. It was then I remembered the cooler of beer.
I am not proud of myself.![]()
There is. I'm prepping my girls. Reality though, it's going to be about something going wrong and people trying to survive. There's only many things you can do with the plot. Kind of like Jaws.
Oh yeah, I'm sure they have one. Probably need to be a CEO or higher.
Our whole "Christmas Bonus" consists of a form letter of thanks, emaled to the stores and posted for all to see. Ho Ho Ho
Last? Had to try it
I missed this post some how. Nice for the team and an impressive stat line for your boy! What age group is he in?
Hey, the Falcons are in 1st place in the division and are headed towards the playoffs at 5-7.
There must be a lot of peed off teams at 9-4 out there.

Miller light gives me indigestion. Clearly you need to class up those parties a little bit. I hope the beer in the cooler was at least worth finding. We keep a few Bud Lights around for the ladies.

Steelers travel to Atlanta this Sunday. As noted, Atl is 5-7 and facing GB on MNF. That should be an advantage for Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh fan base is nervous as heck. For whatever reason, the Steelers seem to rise to the occasion against top talent teams but sink to the level of lesser opponents (NYJ, TB, NOS). It's maddening as a fan to watch. The Steelers offense is prolific when it decides to be. The D is mud. Quite a change in the team's makeup from what it normally is.
That's what we do with American beer up here.![]()
Thank you,
A friend and I have been planning a Hall of Fame trip to Toronto. We always try to plan it for when they play the Preds, the trip keeps falling through but hopefully one day we will make it.
Last time we were to a game in Montreal we paid $124 per ticket and we at this level.

If you want to get into a leaf game, make sure you have a big wad of $$$ on you, and prepare to kiss it good bye. There hasn't been a ticket available at the box office for a Maple Leaf game in over 30 years.
