Morning men. I went through the posts from the past week.
In summary prayers are being said for those in need.
CJ - glad you got a diagnosis and are on the mend.
Todd - good luck in battling gout. 1/2 my family has it and it's rough. Hopefully the meds help.
Randall - last Sunday the Parks were well represented by folks wearing Ravens apparel. The same cannot be said for the actual team on the field.
Ravens=Beverly Steelers=Dole Whip
:p
Sorry Randall...Just chipping in while Carl heals.

Funny little story:lmao: My son's cub scout den did The Pledge Allegiance at a Veteran's Day Ceremony today:thumbsup2, they were totally caught off guard for the 21 gun salute, when the 1st shot was fired they all hit the ground:rotfl2: My wife said if someone was videotaping they could probably win Americas funniest home videos:lmao: My son says it was all good because they gave them the spent shell cases:thumbsup2
That is too funny!
Just checking in men. Lots of catching up to do. Just got backt his evening. What an Ahh-Mazing week at WDW. I promise to update my TR expeditiously. I will include a bunch of photos. I need to get them off of my phone my DW's phone and the camera. Hopefully the TR work will fend off the post-Disney trip depression for a bit longer. LOL. Hope everyone had a good week. Bear with me while I go back and catch up on things.
Happy to hear ya had a great trip. Look forward to report and hang in there for the post trip blues.

A long weekend of swim meet. Older dd posted some decent times, but didn't show in any of the heats. Still, her times improved from last year and swimming will keep her in shape and keep her out of trouble at school.

Well gentlemen, I am in a new era of parenting, tonight DD is having her first sleep over at a friends house. I pretty much have not seen her much today, she went to 2 birthday parties and then called to see if she could spend the night. They literally live right behind our condo so she's not to far away.

Enjoy the quiet moments.

Welcome back. Left you a quote and hope it wasn't too negative for your TR. Let me know and I'll remove it. Looking forward to pictures.

Glad the trip was a success.
May the depression be minimal.

Welcome back!

Morning Guys.

We are heading out for the first two games of travel basketball in a bit. Thankfully we won't hit any snow on this drive. We are also playing a team that includes my brother as a coach and my nephew as a player. There will be a little bit of family pride on the line in the first game.

Good luck on the travel, good wishes on the games.
As for the family pride bit of it...
It'll just be something else that y'all can't talk about at the next reunion.

Atleast one of them is thinking safety...the helmut should help. :lmao:

We won one and lost one on the day, overall we're happy with the first time out this year. The important point is that Declan and I have the early season family bragging rights.

Afternoon guys,

Still feel like carp. Yesterday was kind of interesting. Just before the start of the Dolphin game, there was a loud bang and the power was out. Needless to say, I had to leave for a bar to watch the game. Ate a steak sub which was good and drank about 40 gallons of iced tea.

Power company showed up around 9:00. Seems vegetation grew all around the transformer and shorted it out with the rain. Reminds me that Florida is a recovered swampland. They had to hack it all off with a machete.

Phone pic and blurry but trust me, there is a transformer in there somewhere

Hope everyone has a good day and sorry to welcome you back from the World Brett.

Got the email from Disney that I can start making dining reservations for our (hopefully) May trip. Which places should I turn my bottomless pit, I mean stomach, children loose on???? :scratchin

Too bad it isn't during food and wine so you could get them pierogis but that would cost a fortune. I guess Biergarten would be the closest to their former home cooking. Chef Mickey's breakfast would be a good introduction to the World. Liberty Tree for lunch to give them a faux American perspective or better yet, 50's Prime Time. Lots of choices out there. Have fun planning.

40 gallons is a lot of tea.

From FB:
Cheapest buffet is Trail's End
Splitting 1/3 lb cheeseburgers (buy one meal and split between two kids)
Via Napoli - Split pizzas
Boardwalk - Pizza window $10 pizzas
You're in the villa. Have groceries delivered or pick up some food and cook there.

Top O the Morning Dads! Too bad it is a Monday.

I like the new avatar.

Howdy fellow dads, hope all is well, prayers and high fives to those that need em!

I'll be honest, figuring out DL reservations is a little tough. Everything is right there so it's hard to split things up in sections like ; if your going to be at Animal Kingdom on a Tuesday then you book Tusker House. So it kindof allows more freedom which is awesome but at the same time it's frustrating also. Life could be worse.
