Ok guys, I know I just ask for prayer, but I need it again. Please give up prayers, positive thoughts, pixie dust the force, ect., for my nemmie Carl. He is in the hospital with a blood clot in his right lung. I need him to get better, I am too old to have to break in a new nemesis!

Morning. Oldest dd has her first swim meet of the season. I think she is in 7 or 8 events. She is already at the pool with DW and I will be going later at a time when humans should actually get up in the morning.

And just so Randall doesn't feel so lost with his nemesis being temporarily out of commission, I just want to say the Rat Birds suck.

Nemesis stand-in?

They thought it was pretty hot here this summer. They can't wait for snow They may hear a few new English words if it snows like last year

I imagine. Have to get them ready for the heat at WDW.

Up until he bounces back up and momentum carries him off in another direction.
A quick look around the room tells me that nearly any place that he could ultimately land will not be quite so forgiving.

That's not what is in the picture. Right now, he is flying through the air and will land on something soft. Live in the moment.

Thank you for your prayers, ect. Carl is home. Doctors didn't think they could do anything more at the hospital than could be done at home. He still is in pain so keep up the Good Job.

Morning all....attempting to catch up a bit. Been laying low deliberately with the usual "mental issues"

So, just like his older brother and sister, Ryder gets his 3rd birthday at Walt Disney World. Damn I wish I had me as a parent when I was growing up.

Dad always wanted to go, Mom dislikes Florida for some reason... Can't complain though. Lots of camping up north, and would take my brother and me to Wonderland etc.....good trade off.

I was in one of your Ottawa stores the other day, I think you need to take a trip up and show them how to set up a beer section.

Well gentlemen, I am in a new era of parenting, tonight DD is having her first sleep over at a friends house. I pretty much have not seen her much today, she went to 2 birthday parties and then called to see if she could spend the night. They literally live right behind our condo so she's not to far away.

Funny little story My son's cub scout den did The Pledge Allegiance at a Veteran's Day Ceremony today, they were totally caught off guard for the 21 gun salute, when the 1st shot was fired they all hit the ground
My wife said if someone was videotaping they could probably win Americas funniest home videos My son says it was all good because they gave them the spent shell cases

We are heading out for the first two games of travel basketball in a bit. Thankfully we won't hit any snow on this drive. We are also playing a team that includes my brother as a coach and my nephew as a player. There will be a little bit of family pride on the line in the first game.
