DIS Dads DDC XXXIII: Bad Idea Factory!!!

2 questions:
1. I currently use photobucket for photos that I share on the DISBoards. Has anyone used something different that is easy to sue with a phone?
2. Coral Reef - my daughter enjoyed it so much last year that we're doing it again. Does anyone have advice on how to get a table near the aquarium?

Howdy Fellow dads, I know several dads will be going to WDW next weekend, some for ToT 10 miler. Is any of the other ToT dads also doing to 5k? I am and was hoping there was someone to run with. I def hope to meet up with some of you guys Friday or Saturday.

We just ate at the Coral Reef a few days ago, you have to show up early and ask and let them know you wait. Our party was to big but we ate at the end of the night like 8:30 ADR. One of the turtles sleeps with it's butt facing the glass next to a table. I had a good laugh, but was still cool. everyone had left but 3 tables so we walked up and hung out at the glass as we paid the bill at like 9:45.

Morning guys from Las Vegas. After 1 night of gambling we are up a decent amount but sure this won't last. Not big gamblers but we do enjoy some of the basics and may put a couple of bucks on some of the NFL games. Safe travels to those heading to DaWorld and enjoy the weekend with the families.

Tennis this AM. It warmed up quickly, but I played well enough today. Nothing like playing with college guys to let you know how old you are. But, I was able to win a few.

Tomorrow are 2 soccer games, both at 9am, then going to be working some crafty stuff for the Disney trip an maybe do a bonfire in the evening. The Sunday is a little tailgating and the Steelers-TB Bucs game at 1:00 PM.

I'm hoping to fly to WDW one trip. Have fun tailgating.

I use PB as well. What I found worked well for me was after the initial post, I would just look at th picture number after I uploaded it. Then, I would reply to my previous picture post and just change the number.

I too used to vacation like that at WDW, and then needed another vacation. Not anymore.

A good day yesterday. Didn't have to worry about the Gators losing another game and watched some pretty interesting games. Unfortunately FSU came back to win but otherwise an entertaining day. Probably going out to a local sports bar for lunch and watch at least part of the Dolphins game there. London, our apologies for foisting both the Dolphins and Oakland on you and passing it off as the NFL. Have a great day guys.

DS had lots of fun but overall the show was a let down. It wasn't busy and some of the exhibitors hadn't shown up yesterday. DS tried the walk wall and was successful on all but the difficult course, used a couple of heavy equipment simulators, tried a virtual reality roller coaster and we both built a potato gun.

He had fun and that's all that matters.

I blame our first DVC stay on that…. DW & I were able to stay up late because the kids were asleep in the bedroom and we didn't have to go to bed at 9:30.

Good Morning everybody.

I tried making ADRs this morning for Ryder's 3rd birthday trip in March. I was able to get Ohana dinner for the night of 3/28 (180 days from now), but could not make anything past that, even after putting in my resort confirmation number. So, I called while driving in to work this morning and made 8:00am Crystal Palace breakfast and 7:05 Chef Mickey's for 3/29. Since I was driving, I didn't bother to write down the confirmation numbers since I verified my email address and assumed they would send me the confirmation.
Now I'm sitting here at work with no confirmation numbers, nothing showing up in My Disney Experience, and no confirmation emails.

Anybody know if I can call and get my confirmation numbers from Disney?

Good Morning Guys! A few more days. I've built up the story so that DD does not suspect anything. She thinks we are going to the Dentist on Friday and then to the Topsfield Fair with her grandparents for opening day. That fully explains the grandparents picking her up at school with me(of course they are the ride to the airport). She has asked if she can skip school on her birthday, to which I have replied in horror: Of course not, you know how important school can be. Then she asked if I will do something special with her on her birthday and I have agreed. 3 more days to keep it hidden and then the surprise shall be released. Wish me luck.

Kudos to you. I would LOVE to surprise my kids but there is no way I could keep the secret myself!

It hasn't been easy. DW almost gave it away several times (she is not good at keeping anything under wrapsscared. I've had to counter and punch, but it's clear from our conversation last night, DD has no idea.

well the month of Oct will be the determining factor to see if the DDCC3 is in my future.future. Heres hoping for a good month.
