Thanks guys for all of Maria's birthday wishes. She is really enjoying today. I brought her home a helium princess balloon and she cried she was so happy. These kids have really showed me how much the little things in life are what matters.

Friday Eve! Today is DWs bday so out to dinner with the family to celebrate. We move DD back to school Saturday so will be a nice but short getaway for us all. Work thing is way out of whack with first budget miss projection here in over 10 years but it is unfortunately a doosey and not as much fun when having to deal with the ramifications of something like this. That is all for today - be safe out there and look out for all the head stomping Clarabelle cows out there.

I was ALMOST tempted to google galeophobic.

The important thing to remember is that I am far too lazy to take any action.

I was thinking more of just texting you a picture of a dole whip from my next trip or mailing you a few shrimp from Ohana.

Mailing shrimp seems like a lot of work. First there is the envelope, then writing the address, then putting things in the envelope, postage ..... that's way too much work.

Up at 5 to drive down to the Keys, well actually I was up at about 3:30. This is getting ridiculous. The Pirate Princess is doing her last hurrah of the summer, Rescue Diver certification. So naturally, I had to come down to make sure everything goes OK. They caught 7 sharks yesterday on the boat trip that I wan't invited.

Hey look, new ticker! Booked DVC Grand California for a DL spring break trip in March - will be our second trip there. We wanted to do DL for Christmas but could not get a room so changed to WDW. Kids Spring Break schedule snafu resulted in changing DCL trip from March to July. So....... we needed to fill in something for me, DW & DS to do and we decided a week for DL plus some Hollywood, Burbank, drive the coast tourist stuff would work (DD will likely just head to beach with friends on her break). Have a great Friday guys and even better weekend.

Several good trips planned there. I'd like to do a DL & Aulani split stay one year. I's also like to rent a car, drive out west, and do some sight seeing. I doubt I'll get too many trips that way.

Has a good Aquarium, but then there is also the Seven Seas, and a minor league baseball team. We like it as it is a relaxing city with some good restaurants, riverfront area and the Aquarium for your DDs. Hotels are also reasonable price in the heart of the city and everything is in walking distance

I like aquariums. Once I win the lotto and build my house in Golden Oak, I'm having the guys from Tanked build me an aquarium room. I want the walls, ceiling, and floor all done in aquariums, so that I couldn't see any plaster. Maybe a rotating recliner in the middle of the floor.

I would ask you all to join me in praying for our fellow DISDads. There seems to be a unusual amount of injuries and depression in our little group and I would like to see us all praying for all our bother dads.

Surviving the Purge Ownage.

Last night, Louisville and a couple other cities allegedly were in fear of the Purge. For those who haven't seen this movie, it is a 8 hour time period where people can commit any crime they want. A teenager at a high school is believed to have posted flyers about the "Louisville Purge" last night. If you Internet search it, there are some interesting blogs about it.

I deduced what it was, but did eventually google it to confirm!
