Morning all. The summer just seems to have flown by. I do have another injury to report - plantar fasciitis - and have the shoe inserts. So, with injuries to my left foot and right knee, I am a funny site to watch walk down a hallway. Still, I've lost some weight and if I can tolerate the pain a few more months, then I'll have time to heal this winter.

Dude, rough diagnosis. I had it before. Good news is that the shoe inserts really do work. Bad news is that PF can hurt like a sonofagun!

Your weeble wobble gait is going to land you at the chiropractor next!
But remember, pain is short, glory is forever :thumbsup2

If that were true Paul, your's should show beer and pretzels. Does it?

It actually shows this:

Which would make sense seeing as I've been Google-ing security systems for the new house... Pretty sure it is true my friend, sorry. :confused3

When Google wants to know something about beer and pretzels, it asks Paul.

Exactly Barry. Why would I google that, when I have more knowledge of these things than Google? ;)

‘Morning all…

Nothing new to report so what say we get straight to the Bad Idea of the Day:

I agree. That appears to have been thought trough pretty well. It might not be OSHA approved, but it certainly looks safer than, say, building a ramp and scaffolding to drive it on or something like that. :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

I want to know how he did the sides?

I get that every now and then, it hurts like crazy. You can always get a scooter and see if that helps.....you know with the sympathy.

Or just bypass that particular safety mechanism...
This is an exercise in improvisational engineering :thumbsup2
errrrr… yea, that makes more sense. ::yes::

Mine just shows ads for WDW. :confused3

He rotated the mower silly. :bitelip:

Well, as I drove to the Hyatt location my admin booked I knew I was not at the correct Hyatt where customer conference is being held. Checked what was booked and double checked where it was supposed to be and yep wrong one. Naturally, the one I am supposed to be at is completely sold out! So I will be driving back and forth incurring all kinds of extra parking costs and wasting time.
I got an email yesterday that our flight home from Disney got pushed back by an hour and 45 minutes. We might actually get a 1/2 day in a park now. I'm stoked! :cool1: I can't believe we are less than 60 days away… it still doesn't feel real. Maybe because there is so much summer left. We are heading to Ocean City, MD in a few weeks too.
Nice on the flight and extra time - will be here before ya know it

Sorry to hear about the PF as I understand that can hurt a ton. Some bourbon will help and make sure you don't mess the back up with whatever goofy limp you have.

Very cool. We book a later Saturday flight so we can at least get a morning in at a Park

My family used to go to OC, MD.
I also went with my friends once we were "adults" (senior week for HS and then a few times in college and post grad).
When I went with my family, we stayed in some of the nice condos in the 100+ streets. The Carousel, The Capri, Golden Sands...
when I went with my buddies, the places weren't "quite" as nice.
party: :drinking1 :crowded:

We now go to Bethany Beach, DE which is about 15 minutes north of OC.

Made it to Boston. Flight was uneventful, quick cab ride from the airport but I wasn't able to get into the room until 1:30. Nearly fell asleep on a couch in the lobby. Power nap and then a quick trip to Walgreens for adult beverage ingredients. Having a cocktail and munching on some cheddar and real salami.

The Parker House is a beautiful hotel and the room is spacious. A bedroom and a separate living area with a large bathroom. It is near a lot of points of interest including Boston Common. Dinner tonight will be at the Beantown Pub which is just down the street.

Good start to the trip.

Juliana wants to send you all some smilies so here they are….

:scared1: :bride: :grouphug: pixiedust: :furious: :stir: :dancer: party: :rainbow: :jumping1: :chewy: :fish: :disrocks:

Back at you Juliana..

And none of this for now

The rooms at the Parker House sound bigger than the room we had a Club Quarters. But it was close to Faneuil Hall and a few good pubs. Enjoy the trip and the game.
