Good morning.

Went and played basketball last night. Not uncommon for me on a Wenesday night.

What is uncommon is playing for 2 1/2 hours. I can walk, so I'm pretty sure I still have legs, even though I can't feel them. And I'm actually thankful that I can't because I'm pretty sure any sensation coming from them would be pain.

Big win for Florida tonight over Auburn. Should have lost but Auburn blew it. Great game.

That doesn't sound like the Olympics. There are other sports going on?

Our zoo is getting an orangutan exhibit that opens in May. We also have a AAA baseball team, the Indians, who play in a stadium downtown. They are the AAA affiliate for the Pirates. Games are very inexpensive when compared to Major League games.

Evansville has a minor league team, not sure what level. We usually go to that zoo and then home. I'm too old, fat, & tired to do two things in same day.

Good morning guys! Working from home today as I am out with the "crud". As Norm referenced yesterday, we go from crazy winter weather conditions to severe thunderstorms and tornado chances for tonight - its still February

I worry more about how I played... I realize there is no "I" in team, but I think someone needs to tell that to a few of the other guys I play with. And I'm 10 years older than most of them anyway. The next closest to me is about 5 years younger than I am.

The jumper was on, I blocked a few shots, and most importantly, I didn't embarrass myself. So I take that as a win.

LOL… there is a 30 and older league in town that I occasionally play in. Somehow 1/2 the people playing are under 30- way under. Makes me feel like an old man when I play,

Second interview tomorrow for an interesting job. Money is good but my major concern is vacation time. They can pay me less if I get more time off. Part of me wants the job, part of me doesn't.

The last time I played, it was at the level only seen in the NBA All Star game - matador style defense. And, I could still easily dunk on a nine foot goal with no one playing defense .

We're getting hit with our biggest snownami of the season. Te kids are handing us their piggy banks practically begging to go to Disney.

Have to say, I only watched on and off, as I was at work... but after watching that third period now... I can't believe Canada came back from the 2-0 deficit, especially with that blown empty net opportunity, hitting the goal post...





But with that all said and done, the history books have been written... now lets brace ourselves for the big game tomorrow.
