Any of you guys have chalkboard walls for your kids?

Sounds like a good idea. I just give mine lots of paper. Painting walls is too much work for me.

I'm at work watching curling when I'm supposed to be working... I can't complain.

the boards are a bit slow. Also I have a question and I'm probably posting wrong but I want my dads to answer.

What is the difference between photo pass plus and my memory maker? I don't want to get the wrong one. PM me so I don't clog up the board.

They just changed the name. When you link it to your MDE accountthat is what it is called. They are going away from the stand alone product.

Valentine's Day The only holiday in February that I concern myself with is Groundhog's Day and somebody should have shot him. I shouldn't complain though, we didn't even hit single digits last night.

I will say that ice fishing looks like fun, and I've read about it, however, it might require to me to get outside my comfort zone in regard to cold weather, so I'll just take you guys' word for it..

Morning Men! 4 more work days until the Punta Cana trip. Can't wait to leave the frozen tundra for a few days. Of! and my counter says I'm under 200 days! Looks like ADR booking will be right about the time I get back.

Fixed the snow blower yesterday in anticipation of more f&^%&**^ snow on Thursday. While testing it out, I broke it again. Fixed it again and now it is working and ready to go.

Sure did...won the Club Classic for the year.

Why they decided to have it on the Saint John's River is beyond me.

They didn't stand a chance because none of them fish it, and I fish it all the time...

Congratulations! Did it come with a check or free vacation to WDW? I hope you at least get to sit around and remind everyone for the next year.

I'm so sick of this crap. The whole drive up here to Valpo the temp gauge only went further in the negative.

Good morning men.

You know what... I'm getting so used to it that single digit temps don't even bother me right now. As long as they don't have a - in front of them. It was sunny, there wasn't freezing rain coming down, it was a beautiful weekend.

I spent quite a bit of time outside this weekend having some fun sledding. If I watch much more of the Olympics, I might end up going to Dicks Sporting Goods to pick up some snowboards. My 4 year old son asked if he could have one when we were watching it Saturday. And this was even after he wiped out on a sled and scratched his face all up. That kid LOVES the snow.

I know exactly how you feel I have been watching alot of the Olympics and I really want to snowboard.... course really hard in FL to do that.

We have approx. 7 more weekends to get things done before we leave for Poland. I decided to start a project this weekend that I hope all the kids enjoy. We have a loft that is a good play space, so to add a little more fun, I decided to paint a large portion of the wall in chalkboard paint. Its not done yet, becuase I couldnt start until yesterday and I'm waiting for the third coat of primer (red walls originally) to dry.

I am using the roll on type, I got from Lowes.

Used the roll on type a few years ago. It worked really well. We did a 8X10 section of the wall and then framed it in. The only bad thing is when you go to paint over it some day, it is hard to cover the black. Just a tip: Use about 7-8 really thin coats. That prevents it from running and makes it hard enough that if they press hard it won't indent.

Hope you feel better Darcy. DD has been home with a fever since Sunday. Heading to the doctor this morning and we are all crossing our fingers no one else gets it since the trip is on Monday.

At least you get to watch the Olympics. Normal sick days there's nothing to watch on TV.
