Interesting. For our Spring Break trip this year, we got the Incredibles announcement, flash drive, and magnet of reminder dates. For the Fall Break trip, we just got the announcement and magnet - no second flash drive.

That is still pretty cool... if you get the second one later and you decide you don't want it let me know I would be more than happy to help out with it.

Well we didn't finish the race tonight. Got about half way thru any my wife tripped on a crack in the pavement and ate it. Tore up her knee pretty bad and had to have the EMT dive her back to the aid station.



We technically complete the race in the time we set ourself, but we got back to the finish line in way under the time so that counts; so we got our reward. Beer and Wings.

Yikes I cringed at those pics. Hope she's feeling better soon!

Hi from WDW. Well the 8:15 got delayed until something like 10 pm, but we were able to get seats on the 7:35. Bumpy ride here but we did see Wishes from the plane with all the walking from gate to gate, my hip started to complain. When got to Magical Express I had to sit down. As I was sitting there, two small kids came up to me with big smiles and asked if I was Santa Claus. Made my day! Of course I said no., but we all rode a Magical minivan and when they got off, I wished them well and said, "Ho Ho Ho".

Glad it worked out okay. Hope the hip isn't going to be a bother on your trip.

just wanted to post that my favorite Disney cast member is home!!!!! she had a great time in the eight months she was there. met a lot of great (and some not so great) people from all over the world. she loved working in the magic kingdom and couldn't have asked for a better role.she will always remember her days as a magic kingdom cast member and cherish those memories for the rest of her life.

it takes a special person to be a front line cast member and I never knew how much crap they take from some "guest" and I have a new respect for each and every one of them. they all have a tuff job to do and do it with a smile.

I want to thank the guys who asked me about her and just couldn't hook up and I would also like to thank the guys who took the time out of there vacation to say hello. it really meant a lot to her and me and had a blast meeting and taking pictures with you.

she starts her classes next Monday and starts her new job next week at a local grocery store. (pointing with two fingers)
she is looking forward to this summer where she will be flying down to wdw to meet up with two of her closest cp friends that will also be flying in for a week of hanging out at the old work place. one is from Oregon and the other from Chicago.

I'll keep it in mind. I have four lithographs from watchg DVC webcasts. I hope to have them framed and hang them in place of what DW bought when we were married. I've also saved all my KTTW cards, MNSSHP tickets, etc and hope stick them all together for a picture. The flash drive will play in there somehow.

I tried to change my trip to not meet up with you but it didn't work out. Going to cost me some $ when we do.

Long time since I've made it in here!! Hope things are well with everyone, especially those I don't see on the FB page.

Going to try to get back on the DIS more in 2014. Got away from it last year with so much going on.

I thought for sure there would be a DDC2 thread going, but I don't see it. But then again, why have a separate thread when it's better to rub it in for all to see in the main thread?

Anyone running the 5k on thursday? I was supposed to do it with the wife and kids, but when they dropped stroller division, that wasn't possible. So now the wife's doing it by her onesies. I thought it might help her deal with her anxiety over the whole thing (it's her first race, EVER) if there was someone she could look for to hang out with at the start, even if she doesn't end up running with them the whole way through.

Safe travels to the princess on her way back to school. It's actually starting to warm up around here. Was in the high 30's today and tomorrow it's supposed to get to 50. They are talking colder temps later in the week, but nothing like what it was.

It looks like my conference is a ?? now. They didn't get enough registrations and will reschedule for CA in October if they do not get enough by mid week. if it does get cancelled I may forget to tell anyone and come see Mickey with you guys. Crazy schedule for the next few weeks leading up to February in the Dominican.

Dave glad to hear Brianna is now home, I'm sure you will hear siome great stories, Although I have meet her before, I wish I could have meet up with her while she was working, but it seemed like every time I was in the park she was either moved or off, but that is a good thing if you are moved that means you can handle the situation, I wish her luck at the grocery store, if she has any problems there let me know since I'm in that field
