Going to try something new for dinner today, I got 2 Buffalo Rib Eye Steaks![]()
I love buffalo meat. Be careful when you cook it; it will get super dry in a hurry because it is so lean. I usually sear it over super hot direct flame then pull it over and finish it with indirect around 225 or 250.
