I knew I'd get some takers!

I have to run in 3 weeks and my doctor said I shouldn't be running for the next 8 weeks. If I do run I risk fracturing my leg.

Tim when do you arrive in Orlando. If you have the the chance go to the expo early and get the kinisio tape guys to tape you up. It forms a sort of exo-tendon which can suport your legs. Their booth stays pretty crowded (its usually about an hour wait or longer to get taped so check in there then go walk the expo floor) I think they'll do one area for free but if you buy a roll of tape from them (about $10) they'll tape more. You might also find compression tights or compression calf sleeves or compression socks help too.

Hey Andy... your friend is now pontificating on the success of restaurants in the WS. It is on the Addition to Morocco thread on the theme parks board.

I see that he's still claiming to be right about Test Track too. Honestly, what he's saying is true to an extent. Yes, there is more to look at, but it is all 2D cutouts and lighting effects that any high school shop class could build, not scenery props. Totally different feel. His comparison between that and Toy Story is laughable. Interactive 3d video and lights on some plywood are different as night and day.

I kind if thought it was funny when the other guy jumped in and said the YouTube video looked like Tron, but he never once thought of Tron when he was actually riding.

The whole time I was on the ride thinking there should be some light cycles flying past me at any point!!

Like I told them there, I really do like the new one better, but I stand by my opinion that the on ride scenery isn't an improvement. Since the troll doesn't seem to be addressing me anymore, I'll stay out of it unless I see otherwise.

Team Barry are a bunch of primadonna front-runners. Team Tim's a family!!!

Team Tim is the physical manifestation of one the core truths of running. "Sometimes Running Sucks". Tim has dealt with adversity and kept going. Running a half marathon is mental and dealing with injury and pain has made Tim stronger. That should help him during the race. Also I'm running with a group of 8 or so (some of whom are run/walkers) I might see if they can get in formation around Barry anytime they are going to start a walk interval.

Home again....we did good tonight but fell 50 grand short of our goal for the week. Stock in some areas are getting low, but that kinda upsets me, it's stuff I try to look after, but all the hospital/doctors stuff had me distracted. Oh well...

Yeah, there are winners everywhere. As for cruise, still not sure. We now have potentially three weeks of vacation and can only afford two. Neither of those trips had airfare budgeted for four people.

Methinks the Lottery Gods need to smile down on you....lord knows they turn a blind eye up here.

We still have a little bit of snow here but it did rain all night.

DS was suppose to be in a basketball tournament this weekend but he was sick most of the night. We skipped the first game and now we will have to see if he can make the game this evening.

The day is started off well....two basketball games down...Ethan made the buzzer shot at the end of his game and they won...Now, we need to get the house ready for family to arrive for the first Christmas party tonight...

Good morning fellow dads, hope all is well, I hate this internal alarm clock, it's rare when I can sleep past when I normally have to get up for work. Working at my brothers shop again later, had 3 customers yesterday and then 4 hours of no one so prob be watching movies and skimming the boards again today lol
