Looks like somebody needs to lay off the egg nog...
Do you mix egg nog with bourbon or rum?
Tim when do you arrive in Orlando. If you have the the chance go to the expo early and get the kinisio tape guys to tape you up. It forms a sort of exo-tendon which can suport your legs. Their booth stays pretty crowded (its usually about an hour wait or longer to get taped so check in there then go walk the expo floor) I think they'll do one area for free but if you buy a roll of tape from them (about $10) they'll tape more. You might also find compression tights or compression calf sleeves or compression socks help too.
That is hard core. If I was not sick, this would have inspired to be to start exercising.
Team Tim is the physical manifestation of one the core truths of running. "Sometimes Running Sucks". Tim has dealt with adversity and kept going. Running a half marathon is mental and dealing with injury and pain has made Tim stronger. That should help him during the race. Also I'm running with a group of 8 or so (some of whom are run/walkers) I might see if they can get in formation around Barry anytime they are going to start a walk interval.
Better plan. Attack Barry.
AirGoofy said:True story. DW taught the kids how to text today. Youngest dd just texted this message while pooping in the bathroom.
"Mom do not yell at me. I am just seeing if I am good at texting. Sorry."
That's first page material right there![]()
It is the quote of the year in my household. DW beat me to posting it on FB.
