The only thing good about Walmart is People of Walmart website. Check it out. I am amazed at how the Walton children have billions and get away with paying their employees so little they are eligible for food stamps. Once again, the taxpayer subsidizes billionaires.

I have seen that site, and I can say anytime I've been in one of the stores they ALL seem to be there:rotfl2:

Some love it there, true prices may be a little cheaper on some things, but anytime I've been in there I've noticed the line at Customer Service is always long, I guess you get what you pay for:confused3

The Pirate Princess arrived last night and actually figured out the right place to wait for me. I was late because they closed the main drag to the airport for construction and had a really long and obscure detour..

Glad she made it home. Enjoy the holidays.

We all start on Friday. School closed until January 7th for teachers and 9th for students. I am closing our office on Friday as well and we will be closed for 2 weeks.

Mine go back Jan 2 or 3. Feel free to hire me and give me vacation pay for next two weeks. I'll resign on 7th.

Morning Norm

:thumbsup2

My wife sends me to my least favorite of all stores anywhere, Walmart:crazy2:, it always seems like a scene out of a cheap zombie movie in there:lmao:, well needless to say they didn't have what she wanted and got it at Target it wasn't on sale there so it was $10 more, but I called my wife and told her NEVER to send me there again::yes::

:scared:

Having worked directly with them as a supplier…
I’ve nothing good to say about the folks in Bentonville.

Nothing what so ever.

I’d rather pay a few dollars more at just about any other location and as such will not even enter the establishment unless I’ve absolutely no other choice.

Lol You should of seen me before lol, I use to stay out drinking till 6 am, go into work stinking drunk or worse and I drive a parts truck for my job, got sent home a few times and almost fired a few more , but then got word that I was going to be a daddy and realized I need my job and decided I'd quit that aspect, I still enjoy a good beer or 2 from time to time, still hoping to get the BOG ADR so I can drink a few at MK lol, I have such high goals

I used to drink a lot before i got married. That was my only success with women. I did some crazy stuff and thankfully, those were the days before phones had cameras, although, there are still a few pictures out there.

I try to avoid that store as much as possible.

Mine already are fighting. I'm sending them to your house.

Too late. I have a meeting with GlaxoSmithKline later today.

Public school. They watched movies Monday and had pajama day yesterday. Ky education.

What no pig roast or moonshine stilling classes? :confused3 I'm sure the kids love the time off. Not so great for us, especially when there is still more shopping to do. I don't think we ever had pajama or movie day when I was growing up.:sad2: Too busy trying to actually teach us something I guess. Enjoy the day.

I would register for the moonshine stilling class.

We had a technician a few years back that was a drummer in a band. Not sure whether it is a positive or not, but he was a much better drummer than technician.:rotfl2::thumbsup2 He would just not show up for days at a time after a show.:headache: The drinking and partying would go all night and into the following day and it would take him a few days to recover. I think he drives a limo now, didn't last that long here.

Sounds like you've made a good change. Of course now we start drinking about half way through the day sometimes just to get to the end of the work day. Crown Royal in the cabinet and a few different beers in the fridge.

Hey Norm....Another business venture. This one would allow you to work from home. Or at least in the barn! HAHA!:rotfl2: You'll be semi-retired in no time with all these ideas.:thumbsup2

That actually makes sense nemi , and very true point, this is turning out to be expensive just to try to get a date that will inturn be expensive

You mean work from CJ's lawn, right????

I would like nothing more than to see Norm camped on CJ's lawn.:thumbsup2 However, lately I am starting to believe Norm has no intentions of making the trip. He's waaaayyyyyy too lazy to even get the trailer off the blocks and ready to drive.:lmao::lmao:

With Philip's help he may make it though.popcorn::

I would have already left. It's convincing DW.

I'm with you on this one.

Well, if you are that level on drunk, odds are that others around you are also that level of drunk, including some of the women at the party. And, if there still around at last call, then it is all good. Pickens may be slim, but the goggles don't disappear until the next morning. Or so I have been told my others ....

Have the bourbon and cognac. Need to get wine and beer.

Good news and bad news. Good news is that there is moonshining traditions on both sides of the family. Bad news is the marketing campaign.

Thats good news-good news. You get to make it and then when it doesn't seel due to lack of marketing you get to drink it.:thumbsup2

Class???

What? Y’all don’t already know how to make Shine?

I thought that just an innate ability or at a minimum something you just picked up by osmosis because everyone else around you already does it.

Kind of between the south and Maine. I guess there needs to be a buffer zone between the warm weather shiners and the back woods guys.:rotfl2::rotfl2: We are willing to learn and have the technology to improve the process.:thumbsup2
