Been crazy busy the last couple of months.

Hope everyone is doing well.

We're all geared up for Christmas at our place and my folks came for a visit this past weekend. Had a nice time with them.

Found myself giving an extra hug to the girls this past weekend with what happened in Newtown. just sickening.

On the plus side, it looks like things are lining up for us to finally make a return visit to "The World" in June of '13. Still working through details, but looking forward to booking something again as it has been far too long.

Prayers for those in need, praise for those deserving, bacon for all.

Hi guys...day off today, which corresponds with Audrey getting a bit of the flu, kinda put a crimp in the day's plan. Got her sleeping all morning, now up, watching Rudolph's Shiney New Year.

The package has been delivered. There is a Ukranian girl upstairs sleeping off her jetlag.

Do teenagers usually sleep for 11 hours straight?!

I guess by now I only have about 500 posts to catch up to Norm. Have a good Monday all.

Oh, almost forgot. We live in a small neighborhood of about 50 houses. They decided to have awards for the best decorated houses. Guess who won overall top house. That's right suckers, this guy. Woo-hoo! Now I have to go shopping and find some new stuff for next year. Can't let the title go now.

Finally got a little bit of time off… I needed that.

No. This is just the visit through the regular hosting program and has nothing to do with the adoption other than the fact that, well... we want to adopt her. She'll head back Jan 3 and hopefully we'll go pick her up for good in the Spring.

I’m glad you have the opportunity to spend some time with her, and that she has some time to spend with y’all. I hope that all goes well and that untimely the outcome works best for every one involved.
