Glad she is OK and congrats on another goal. Maybe you need to make a call and have someone send him a message. I can give you a number if you need it.
y.

Thanks'. I may ask David to call some of his Sicillian family to go give him that message. DW just explains it away, saying that there is always one family member who is a screw-up, mooches, etc. But, I say there is no reason to subject our kids to those type of idiots. And, even worse, why do we have to let our kids get hurt, their stuff broken, etc. Yes, yet another argument ensued. I just don't get it.

we usually try and take two weeks total, problem is we shut down when we are gone, so I pay for the vacation and then I don't get paid from the restaurant.

This is the only thing I miss from my old job, 4 weeks paid vacation and full benefits.

I wondered if you kept the restaurant open. That double hit would be difficult.

G'mornin Gents. Mondays still suk.

Man, just back from hospital Audrey woke ith a croupy cough just before midnight, aggrivating her asthma. All good though, cleared up now.

Glad to hear that she is doing better now. Sounds like you had a long night.

You had me at Rachel McAdams. I interpreted eye protection to be necessary due to the cold weather and hard, protruding ........

........... ice cycles.

Glad she's alright. In laws are a pain. One days DS was getting triple team bullied by two older girl cousins and his sister joined in. Their mom and DW were just watching I told DS to start throwing haymakers. Guess who was in the dog house.

I love Monday morning!!!

Morning, Nick! This has to be a new record for you for number of forums posts since 2012 :rotfl2::rotfl2:

How's it going Don,

Sadly I don't think it's going to last. We are closed today but I'm on my way to the restaurant to get a bunch of stuff done. Probably just for a few hours but then coming home to paint our ceiling and new crown moulding in our dining room. Then have to try and fix our dryer that decided to stop working the other day.

But I will enjoy it while it lasts. :lmao:

Good morning Dads! Mondays in the fall are always easier when coming off of Bears and Notre Dame wins:cool1:

We hit the road for family day at UTC this weekend and had a great time seeing DD and taking in the Saturday college football environment including a UTC home win. Kept from keeping up in full so thoughts and prayers to those on the Jersey shore and anyone else I may have missed.

Thanks to those of you that provided some insights on the Keys to Kingdom tour and Tommorowland Fireworks Dessert party as well. This morning was the 180 day mark for our March trip and got everything we wanted including the tour (reason for "good" morning on a Monday). Dessert Party can't be booked until 60 days out though so one more to go. I will share what we booked separate so........... do your best to have a good Monday guys.

hi guys!!!! some goof wants to say hi!!!
Enjoy your trip / visit Dave and Brianna looks like she is loving every minute working for the mouse - same energetic smile as when we saw here there in June.
So, yesterday, DW takes dds to go kart/ mini golf thing with their grandfather. I didn't go because i wanted to stay home and watch football game. Surprise, mooching BIL is there with his kids, and while his older one is driving mine in the kart, this happens.

That is a seatbelt mark on her neck and a puncture on her chin with a few stitches. Why does my kid have to ride with his kid? Just another reason to dislike the BIL.

But, while she was sore, she went and played soccer today and scored another goal.
Sorry about the accident but nicely done toughing it out on the pitch with another goal :thumbsup2 My ILs are all good, pretty lucky on that acount. The "outlaws" followed from Chicago a few years after it was apparent we were not coming back to Chicago area any time soon. They live 1.5 miles away and we see them a lot and it works out well 95% of the time - again I am lucky on this topic.

Sorry to hear but glad all ok :thumbsup2
I love Sam Adam's seasonal brews. Vikings strip the ball at mid field and drive to the Bears two and decide to play it safe and kick the field goal to only go up by 6 with 3:30 left. Knew how that was going to end.
As a bears fan I was thankful they went ultra-conservative. Tough one to loose but a big win for the Bears - thank the heavans for NFL Redzone :)

You're welcome. At least it wasn't to the Packers. If I had to deal with the Drunken Sconnies after a game like that I could develop a drinking problem.
