I'm so ready to get out of here... I feel like I've chugged about 12 Red Bulls, but I haven't touched any caffeine all day.

I'm just waiting for our bidsheet to come in the e-mail... no reason it shouldn't be out yet, but she usually doesn't get it out until about 4. As soon as I get it, I'll record my VM message and get the Beverly out of here.

Why don't you make like a tree...and get outta here.

Oh I get it now, it is making fun of the way the word is perceived to be pronounced in Canada. Understandable, I mean the enunciation abilities of people in Mass and SC are certainly to be the model for the rest of the English speaking world.

;):rotfl::rotfl:

Paak the Caa.:lmao:

Yall have not yet begun to properly mangle the language
(it takes someone form the UK to really do that ;) ).

Feel free to attack my Southrn dialect. Ive been ridiculed for my speech for five decades now. You might say, Im use to it.

I believe that also qualifies me as a master of mispronunciation (at least Im a master of something :lmao: ). Having that distinction& I see it as an obligation to point out where those that see themselves as better then I might just possibly also find themselves out of compliance with the ridged confines of the Queens English.

Actually you need to work a little harder if you want to compete with us at mis-enunciation That long O yall sprinkle through out the discourse is just about the only way to tell if someone is actually from Canada in the first place.
:rolleyes1

As for the folks in New England& They can fight their own battles.
Historically, theyve proven themselves to be rather good at that.

Yes, Paul and I are assembling the militia and preparing to attack Canada! Of course I'm not sure why?

Finally got the e-mail, made my recording and getting the Beverly out of here.... I'll check in to say hi while we're gone, but from this point on, consider me to be behind and out of the loop for the next week and a half.

Have a great weekend and I'll see you all later! :thumbsup2

Have a great time! I hope the bid sheet gets there soon.

We had a blast at AoA, it's a great resort and very fun, DD had a great time but my back didn't from carrying DD after a long day at the parks :)

Remember those days as well. Glad I don't have to lug them around anymore.

I'm just going to stay out of this geographic dispute, even though we all know the midwest is where all the normal people who don't speak with accents live. :rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

I'm confused. :confused3
Kentucky is in the SouthEast.
Murray State is in the Ohio Valley.
Western KY is in the Sun Belt.
Louisville is in the Atlantic Coast.

Which accent to I get to use? :lmao:

I remember carrying DD around. We were at POFQ so the walking wasn't too bad. Enjoy those moments. They don't last long enough. My 5' 1" daughter will no longer be carried.

How about European? I hear the chicks really like that accent.:confused3

Based on my experience with the many transplants I’ve encountered down this way…
It’s the phonetic spelling for the word as I keep hearing it pronounced.
I take it that the pronunciation is different up in the Maritimes then?
…

Phonetic spelling? That is some fancy words.

You keep sending us presents and you could be our favorite Canadian on the boards.:thumbsup2

There's not a whole lot of competition.

DD had 8 points, 7 steals and 14 rebounds (of course at least 9 or them were off her misses:rotfl2:) last night as we were victorious in her hoop game. Grade 3/4 girls is absolutely fun to watch. Where else can you get a rebound and head to the other end of the court (without dribbling) like Arian Foster heading tothe endzone.

Sounds good. Are you the statistician for the team of just your own child?

You laugh now but when Norm takes over Disney guess who's going to be 5th in command? That's right!, but we will have a perfect post for you, Skeleton in POTC

I would love to take over Disney. Honestly, I don't think I would put forth that much effort.

Pho-net-ic or Funetick in New England.:rotfl2:

We have a parent keep track of the stats. It's fun for the girls. We have a web page where they can go in and see how they are doing. We put up pictures and some "tips of the day". Everyone has a good time with it. A lot of the parents pitch in to keep things going.

Yeah, mine is almost 5' as well. The book on her head didn't work.

DD5 update....they did some tests that ruled out some really bad stuff....so now we have another test to schedule an MRI to see if they can see if it's anything to be concerned about.

Glad to hear they ruled out the bad stuff. Continued prayers.

What is "aboot"?

Is that like wuuunderful.

I'll mail some, but you better get it before stitch this time.

I'll try, but he can be a little greedy when it is bacon in the mail.

Friday ownage.

Sounds fun. We do Upwards so no stats, but the games get really competitive. They call fouls and stuff in 3rd/4th grade here.

Sleepy ownage

morning fellow dads, hope all is well, TGIF, looked it up only 2 more full work weeks then it'll go 4 day week, 3 day week, 3 day week and 4 day week so that will be pretty fun

Anymore money? Or, just messing with your sleep schedule.

Last day at work before vacation. I really hope I can get out of here early this afternoon. The plan is to try to leave work early, if possible, and head home and go straight to bed. My alarm will be set for 9:45 pm so I can wake up and we can hopefully be on the road by 10 or 10:30.:cool1::yay::woohoo:

Why not leave immediately when you get home from work and sleep in the hotel lobby at WDW?

Finally, the wise are getting wiser. :woohoo:

Nah. I'm waiting for a Canadian nemie. Norm is just a witty guy that can keep me in check. Or crack me up. Or pick on Brian. You get the idea. Jeez. Now I sound like Phillip

Wow, that was six sentences in one post. :lmao:

I know. I mean I'm not trying to start an international incident but Maybe a small cross border skirmish.
?

Watch out for the penguins. Optimus Penguatron is in charge and they are mobilizing.

Happy Friday everyone :cool1:

Hey David.

Is really hard to make good country puns, maybe that's why we're getting such a Chile reception?
.

Didn't seem like the others wanted to join us in the little country pun game. That's really hard to Belize.

Guess who made reservations at the AoA for June 8th - 16th of 2013? This guy!

Excellent catch.

Do you think?

Really?

Absolutely. Would I give you incorrect information?

That's enough PUNishment for one day!

I didn't see that until today, but I did add in another Pun.

I hear that.. I call those weeks January, February, and March! :lmao::lmao:

Hey, I think it's really cool for anyone who owns their own business. I'm sure you plan for your down months. I read a lot of books and try to encourage my children to think more like an entrepreneur. I was told told to get a job with benefits. I'm stuck now.

Why let a good thing slip by:confused3, I'm starting to be like a mogul at these things people want us to sit at their table:cool1:, When it comes to Disney tickets I'm not intimidated by anyone there no matter how many tickets they put in for something, If there is anyone there that can channel in and capture some WDW pixie dust it's got to be me, Disney goes to Disney:thumbsup2

Next on A&E, "Auction Wars" starring Ron, the mogul. YUUUP!

Nah, now it's just funny to me. Nice job on the six word response.

I wondered if you would notice.

Its really fun watching Fox Soccer Channel. When those Scots get worked up you can't understand a word they are saying.
