Occasionally, there are times when I think about what my life would be like if I never got married and had kids.

Dec. 8th will be one of those days. Regal Cinemas is having a Lord of the Rings Trilogy Marathon to celebrate the release of "The Hobbit".

If it wasn't for the darn wife and kids, I'd be there.

Oddly enough, despite how much of a Geek that makes me, I still managed to get married and have kids. Go Me!!!

This may be one of the best, and most thought provoking philosophical posts I've ever seen in a DDC thread and it's going to be lost for eternity in the rush to close.
