Really? DD claims that it's in the clouds (being that we have to fly into them to get there. Not sure what she's doing during the landings every year??? )...

She is having fun. That is all that matters.

No matter what people tell our healthcare is definitely not free. Taxes taxes taxes! 1.30/ liter for gas, 13 % sales tax, and my taxes at the end of the year. That is just to get started.
(1 gallon is just shy of 4 liters.....for my American friends)

Here, we just want everything & take most of it without paying for it. Fight a war - cut taxes. Free drug plan - cut taxes. Give wall street CEOs their salaries - cut taxes. Pay countries to hide their terrorists - cut taxes. Then, we complain about being in debt.

I just heard that a friend from high school passed away yesterday. He had a 2 year old son and a pregnant wife. Makes you do a lot of thinking.

That is sad news. Prayers.

Morning guys, it looks like its goin to be a do stuff at the house kind of day, looks like storms all day, last night and today I've been working on getting my jukebox put back together finally, been on hold for 2 months off and on so it feels good to start back on that project again

You can work on my kegerator project. First, buy me a kegerator, install it, add keg of beer.

Back from the Keys and drop the guests off at the airport tonight. No diving because of shoulder issues and my friend's son has mental health issues so it was a bit challenging at times. Still had a great time.

The hard life of CJ. Vacation without driving.

We had our second big rain in 2 Weeks. Too little too late for the corn crop, but I think our risk of field fires this fall has been greatly reduced. Last night really put how dry the ground is in perspective. I have about 10 acres on my property that is low lying ground at the base of a hill. Typically, if we have a 2 inch rain, it well be under standing water for at least a couple of days. We had over 3 inches last night and I have been outside working this morning and haven't found a puddle anywhere.

The soccer field was soggy, but held up well. You really must have had it bad.

I'm sitting here watching the Utah/Utah State game and every time they talk about the Utes, I think of Joe Pesci.

Mmmmmmm muscle relaxers! I have a prescription for those and percacet.

Fill it and mail it to me. I'm running low. If I could get Steve it Chris to write me scripts, that would be great. They keep referencing something about laws and stuff.

Speaking of which it's almost Gift Auction session, I have to start refilling the family fun box for next year Park Hoppers or a Complete WDW vacation are high on my list of things to win

I have not been in shape for years, but it seems like everything hit worse at once. My back was hurting, my feet were wet, and managed a blister on my toe. I also didn't bring sunscreen, but the sun came out and showed all day, leaving me with a lobster face. Not sure why I continue to do this every season. I'm too old for this ...

I give all the credit to the players. Always have in any sport. My kids did have an advantage in the way I rotated and kept them not as tired. Plus, the other team turned the ball over on improper throws 4 times.

I don't know whose idea it was to get the sling bag by LowePro for my DSLR but I got it and it worked out like a champ. Just got it tonight packed it all up and love it.

The end to a LONG week. Somehow, I tweaked my back in this process. Maybe it was overcompensating for the ankle. But, have to ref and coach soccer games tomorrow. Time to fill pez dispenser with lortab.
