DIS Dads DDC XXI - Passing Time Until Our Next Trip

Just checking in after another crazy day getting the Pirate Pain in the Gluteus Maximus for school. We leave Monday morning and are just now getting a lot of the things she will need. Hasn't even started sorting her clothes, let alone wash and pack them. She is on her own now. Monday morning we are leaving and if she doesn't have it in the car by then, she will do without. Told her I don't want to hear, "I forgot to pack this so can I get it here?" NOPE.

Relaxation tonight is watching the Phins play Carolina. Looks like another long season for the fish. 17-0 end of the fist.

And the list of nicknames continues to grow. I like it!

Hopefully she'll figure out what she needs to get done and take care of it. Like you said she'll be on her own at school so she might as well figure it out now.

Well, we're finally winding down from my DD5's birthday party.

I thought Carl was going to take care of it on the golf course. A lot of different kinds of "accidents" can happen there.

Looks like lots of Dads are at WDW now or on the way. Hope everyone has a great time! I assume that since Brian was posting here at 6:45 this morning, he was just waiting for everyone else to get ready for breakfast before hitting a park for rope drop.

Just disturbing that something like this is around. For a fairly lage city, not much like this happens, we let Toronto deal with it.

I have an alibi, I was with you guys.

Just got back from EMH, still pretty busy, longest wait was 20 min everything else was 5-10. We had a great night but I am officially baked! Time for bed.
The new Disney app is very accurate on wait times, what is posted is on the app, pretty handy and the free wifi in MK was not bad at all.

Happy Saturday Disdads, hope everyone is doing great and everything is good and hopefully Norm hasnt broken his bacon eating hand, if so noone is safe, hide everyone you hold dear My DD is off at the zoo with her DGPs (not sure if thats an abrv.) so I had time to paint on my jukebox and hopefully have it put back together soon and rockin the 45s. Im excited for this afternoon, DD has a bday party to go to and its Tangled themed and they are doing the floating lanterns at night so im excited to see that.

Quick skim of the past few days before I try to get more work done. SWMBO is off with DS to pick up a few last items for homeschooling. DD and I are going to look for a few arrowheads while checking research plots.

Karma is a %$#@. The stray that I tried to dump off on the kids up the holler is still around and got even by coming into the carport last night and making off with one of my almost new work boots. Not happy . Looked around but I think it is gone for good.

Afternoon Dads.

Productive Sat gut some grub, picked up some new running shows, some red meat for the BBQ, bourday so far. I got my first draft pick in, went to the new farmers market and booked the car for the day before the cruise. Now it is time for a cold one and to get the meat ready for the BBQ.

Well against my nemesis's best efforts, customs still allowed me to enter the USA. Spent some time in Niagara falls NY, then headed to Rochester.

Waiting in airport terminal. Flight departs in 1 hour. Then a layover in Atlanta gets us into MCO around 11:00 pm.

DW and kids are out picking up some grub for the flight.
