Breakfast, winery tour, and lunch are done. Buffalo Trace Distillery next and then a three hour drive and my day will be done as well.

I wish my day was like that. We have been looking at a way to getaway to Kentucky this year it just has not happen. Enjoy a drink for me.

I may have found someone to cover my vacation... maybe. still working on that.

Despite DW's claims, the whole process of finding that replacement has been the biggest time suckage I've encountered. I feel like I haven't been able to do anything the last couple of days. And I'm not getting paid for any of this effort on my part, either.

You are right. Maybe I'll just go and enjoy seeing certain players from the other teams. The product they will put on the field is not going to look good.

Of course I'm right. Baseball is the best sport to watch live. Cheering for a team just makes it even better.

I hear the roads going back to Miami from NJ are especially dusty.

Happy hump day! This is just a friendly notice to any of you who will be in the Chicago area this weekend (and I know there are several of you) that Fri-Sun is the Pierogi Festival in Whiting, IN. It's a great time and is now claiming to have the most food booths of any festival in the midwest. Friday night is the parade which is a blast and there are several bands and other events taking place on the weekend. Should any of you decide you want to check it out send me a PM and we can try to meet up. I mean really, who doesn't love those delectable little dumplings, sausage, potato pancakes, etc. Oh, and did I mention they have beer?
