DNR = Dept. of Natural Resources

CWD = Chronic Wasting Disease - a brain disease similar to mad cow disease but has yet to be proven that it can affect humans but they have scared a lot of people out of hunting.

Yo Ho Yo Ho the bachelor life for me. SWMBO and the kids are off to visit our house for the next 6 days. Three in-service days, a weekend and President's Day so I get this place to myself. Accept I will be on the road 3 of them. At least I will have a chance to "sort" out a few things over the weekend before they get back.

Looks like we only have about 2.5 months of school left with all the snow days we have banked and they also have a week off for Easter, a week of state testing, and 3 other in-service days in there.

Morning all....today has the makings of a loooong day. Between getting home late from work, getting a couple of loads of laundry done for DW last night, Back up this morning to take DD1 to school, and have errands later on, so a nap may not be possible before work again

I only started hunting 6 years ago. That is why it is my first.

Yo Ho Yo Ho the bachelor life for me. SWMBO and the kids are off to visit our house for the next 6 days. Three in-service days, a weekend and President's Day so I get this place to myself. Accept I will be on the road 3 of them. At least I will have a chance to "sort" out a few things over the weekend before they get back.

Looks like we only have about 2.5 months of school left with all the snow days we have banked and they also have a week off for Easter, a week of state testing, and 3 other in-service days in there.

Don't forget the last week is just a party week, plus they have to have a St Patrick's day party, and various other parties, and field trips. So they probably only have about 3 weeks loft of actual learning.

OK guys..after reading the DIS site for a couple of years, I have to admit that I hadn't stumbled on the Disdads club, but now that I did, and I read the bylaws, I'd love to join!

-I do solemnly swear that I meet at least 120 of the descriptions in post #1.
-I do plan, organize, and arrange every one of my er, uhm, excuse me, the families trips to the World.
-I do get more excited than the kids every time we arrive at Disney World
-I have thought about quitting my job to become a Disney security guard, but the wife keeps reminding me of tuition, college, etc. (what a downer)
-I am heading to the World again in August for 2 weeks

So how about it, can I join?

Still, a bachelor weekend is nice, chance to get some time to oneself. Haven't had one since May myself. Hope you get some chance to enjoy it!
