I once had bad VD but the doctor gave me a shot and it cleared right up.
You have to get them a present. VD law.
So you give them a present because you gave them vd? or do you give them the present of vd?
Dig the new bus.
Because of the CWD you have to turn in the skull to the DNR
Sorry, DNR has gone overboard on our CWD problem. Has nothing to do with taxes just was an issue we have with them when hunting. States that have had it for years such as Colorado laugh at us. I guess it does tie in to taxes because the government/DNR has spent over 41 million to try to curb it. All they have accomplished is ticking off the hunters, while they don't admit to it they have dropped the deer population where you hear so many more people complaining they saw nothing and will now give up hunting. To 'help' control the deer herd, they have released cougars, and mountain lions which are attacking peoples horses (they deny this one too, but have threatened family members with jail time if they capture, injure or kill them for attacking the horses and another point a friend of the family caught them releasing one by the Mississippi and they (dnr) told them (land owner) that us hunters are not doing our job to help control the deer pop.) Sorry, just a thing that that bugs me. Waste of money and other resources without a good outcome. But hey that is the government.OK you lost me with this![]()

Now with turning in the skull, That is one of the ideas the Wisconsin DNR had. after you take a deer, you have to (not always but becoming more often) turn the head back in so they can test the brain matter. So if you take a deer and register it at point 'A', you have to either take it to your taxidermist at point 'B" and return the skull with brain matter intact and then return it to point 'A' or have point 'A' take the head at the initial registration.
As comparison, In Illinois, when you register a deer if the DNR wants a sample they make a cut in the neck take a sample of a lymphoid and you are on your way. Much easier.
