Kids these days.

Back in my days we had 45's... we would play the same song for hours on end on a little plastic record player...if you were lucky you had 2 records and you could stack them and when one finished you it would drop the 2nd record down and play it...it was like magic

AND WE LIKED IT...WE LOVED IT.

the dust would settle on the record and collect on the player needle like some form of musical dust bunny and your song would sound all funny until you cleaned the needle of.

AND WE LIKED IT...WE LOVED IT.

Then your brother would throw it like a frisbee and scratch your favorite song and when you played it it would skip the same 3-4 for words over and over.

AND WE LIKED IT...WE LOVED IT.

If we're all getting in the way-back machine this morning how about this one;

So DW and I agreed - no gifts, cards, etc for Valentines day. So what do I find when I come downstairs this morning? A card a box of chocolates.

Well, two can play that game. I stopped off at the store on my way home and bought her flowers! That'll show her!

Some day I'll understand what "We're not doing anything for Valentine's day" means. Let's just say I messed it up again. i thought taking her to the church Valentine's Day dance/party was enough (it was a great party).

Star Trek Reboot on FX now!

I watched a little of this but then we decided to go back and watch the DVR'd Castle. Is Khan in the next one?

That's another great one. Still watch castle because of Nathan Fillion (although Stana Katic isn't hard on the eyes...)

This show might be my favorite on tv right now.

I thought the Blue Butterfly episode was neat. It gave the writers and excuse to have Castle and Becket make out without actually having Castle and Becket make out.

This week's was good too. The writing on that show is great. Very clever.

My wife wants to go camping this year I'm not a good camper, I like finding animals at night, last time I went camping was over 20years ago, 3 of us were chasing a fox around for half the night

I told her if we go I'm going to give a Bigfoot holler around 2am, to make sure there are none around, and to scare the heck out of everyone in the area

Last time I was going to go camping, I made the mistake of watching the Blair Witch Project the night before. I cancelled the trip and went to work instead.

You should know better. Always be prepared.

I'm with Andy - my music is all digital. I'm actually listening to the music from the Epcot fountain as I type this.
