Happy Friday everyone!

One week closer for everyones next trip to WDW!!!

The weekend is here!! Woohoo!

As a friend of mine said today...why do short weeks feel so much longer at the end!

Aren't you supposed to be taking your wife out Randall?

We went out for Japanese but are back early. Its exciting around the Trike house. DS and I have been having pencil sharpening races.

Sitting at Ethan's. Basketball practice trying to keep my mouth shut. The coach likes to scream at the kids.....I need duct tape for my mouth lol. These are 6 year old kIds, but they dO need to learn I guess. I am used to things being warm and fuzzy. Lol

As far a the debate of annual Disney trips I find myself in the group who wants the family to experience more of the country and the world. We have been talking about our August trip. Shari is wanting to go visit her aunt in billings mOntana. Me. I feel the beaches Of Hilton head calling me. Lol

I'm pretty sure it's because the first law of thermodynamics applies to your work attitude.

Went out for lunch, pizza for dinner.

Just booked the diving add on to the Hawaii trip. Four nights in Kona, three of them diving including a night Manta dive. Wish June was here already.

Roatan is in a couple of weeks and I am almost packed already. Determined this is going to be a memorable year. Need it. Will be a better year than the last one.

make our own pizza night. nothing fancy, just cheese. DS enjoyed some pizza as well tonight (though his was mostly bread). He couldn't get enough.

We had a "clean out the fridge" leftovers night. Ham bone soup, broccoli cheese soup, chicken taco casserole, and toast!

Yummy!

Evening all. Refereed another game tonite. My only exercise.

So... according to Chase, I am a delinquent. Even though I speak to them weekly to update them on my situation and arrange payments when I can and they refer to me as a "valued customer" with no previouse history of problems paying my account. But of course, that's a different department..
:

Sorry to hear it. I am torn with Chase. I try to follow Dave Ramsey in financial planning. It has helped me set a budget and my 401ks have done well. But, Dave says no credit cards. So, I tend to use my card for gas (convenience for how much I drive) & vacations, but use cash for most everything else. I could get more rewards if I charged everything, but spend less with cash.

Starting to think about our October trip, specifically ADR's. Not sure if I want to go with the old standby's, or try some new places... Seems we always end up doing the same places because we enjoy them so much, but this last trip we purposely tried all new places for as many meals as possible, and really enjoyed ourselves...

Might need a glass of scotch or two tonight in order to make these difficult decisions... ;)

We go with a mix of new and some favorites. A glass of scotch is always a good idea.

so... how's everyone else's day going so far??

At my 2nd job, i spent an hour with an insurance company that discontinued the patient's Med D plan for no reason. Yeah, corporations.

i guess were not shutting this one down this weekend.:lmao: .

That's a good thing.

+1

I'm happy to get one vacation a year. I never have time to use all the vacation time I get and if I did I wouldn't have the money to go anywhere.:headache:

Well, we took 3 last year but overextended our finances. Normally, we do 1 or 2 vacations a year, but i spend the rest of the time at home with the children.

The lady and kids in the house behind the people that live across the street from me chopped her boyfriends head off then kept the body in the freezer in their basement.

Awesome. Did you get her as a babysitter?

Good morning, gentlemen.

You can still make the ADRs online if you want to, even if you're offsite. You'll just sign in using your disney.com account, or just give them an email to which to send the confirmation.

You can still make your adr's online if you log in to Disney website. You just have to make sure you keep all your confirmations.. Good idea to call out though..

Also, it seems easier to get adr's due to the new policy. They want A credit card to hold the popular restaurants.

Thanks for the info, booking online will make things go a lot faster:thumbsup2
