The insects are attacking, 1st Norm gets stung by a bee, this morning I discovered I got bit by a spider on the bicep, have no idea when it happened probably last night working in the yard, now I think it's time to spray the yard like 5 times, no insect will live though it:lmao::thumbsup2

Peter Parker was also bit by a spider.

Happy Birthday Randall

p.s I know its early but wanted to make sure you got it in time. lol

I had to share this relatively common reaction story by my office. When I told my partners my vacation plans, they all asked me how I could spend 8 days in Disney. I told them I could spend a month there and it would still not be enough.

:thumbsup2 Whenever I tell someone at work we are going to WDW, they say again, don't you ever go anywhere else:lmao:, I got them double this year with 2 trips:rotfl2:

I usually chuckle off the reactions.

The one I got that kind of ticked me off was when someone said something like, "Oh, you let your kids control your vacations." This was actually said to me by someone with kids just a few years older than mine.

Yeah, I do. They're not F---ing dogs who I'm going to leave in a kennel for a few weeks.

come on guys You pushed my special birthday wish to my nemesis a page back.... Now he may not find it :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Something encouraging for a Saturday night...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6Alt2DssYc

this triggered my allergies at work last night.

Got a little Disney Magic in the mail today, the MVMCP tickets have arrived :cool1:, so this makes the Nov trip 100% official:banana:, I wonder how many people out there can say they have MVMCP tickets in hand considering they only went on sale like a week ago:confused3:lmao:

very nice! :thumbsup2

Thanks all. Just to rub a little more salt in it, apparently they did not pay their Internet bill so they are mooching over to my house on Monday to book their ADRs. Thankfully, I will be out of town and don't have to see it.

While he was a terribly spoiled child from what I was told (only male grandchild on both sides), fought over in divorce custody battle, and raised mostly by grandparents, he was MP in the Army for close to 10 years, after discharge, a prison guard, and now a police officer. I would think anyone of those position would teach someone about being responsibilities and consequences. But, apparently it has not. My FIL is not a bad guy, just a terrible father.

I feel bad that they treat DW this way, and when I suggest she stop or when I tell them off again at festivus again this year, she will be mad at me.

Sorry to hear you have to deal with that nonsense. remember to count to 10... alot!

From the DVC Mouscellaneous thread, I found this. So, maybe it was a good thing I missed the time frame on the AP.

Initial purchase - $1700.
Renewal - $1540
10 day no expiration (UT) - $2080

That renewal savings is not really enough. And, by buying a two day ticket, I can add the MNSSHP other days. And, with a two or three day ticket, I don't have to she'll out all the cash at once. I may just have to wait until I live in FL and can get those resident passes to go everyday.

i think there are blackout dates on the resident passes though.

I am tired from watching that.

Does anyone beside's me look to see who's birthday it is?

Is it important for any of US to see who's birthday it is?

:confused3

every so often I review the first page to see if anything has been updated, and I usually check out the upcoming birthdays. I don't look everyday because they have a birthday-bot that automatically checks and posts here in the thread each day. I think the bot is called "RAND-L". weird name.

Getting ready for the first softball game of the year. Let's hope the I only thing I pull is one out to right field :lmao:

hope you did well. I am extremely sore from softball today.

Back from Key Largo. The water was rough and conditions not close to ideal. There will be no underwater pictures not because I didn't dive (which I didn't) but because DD lost her camera underwater. Hope Ariel enjoys our $500 contribution to her treasure trove. Now have to replace it before the Hawaii trip. Still have a twin camera but since we both want to take pictures, I need to replace it. Time for an upgrade perhaps?

Because I did not dive, the kid that dared ask my little girl to the prom made it out of the water safely. Opportunity missed.

take him out again. just the two of you... to look for the camera...

seriously, sorry to hear you lost it.

ditto.

DD can say that she's been to WDW 5 times, and she's only 5 years old. After this summer, it will be 6 times. I wonder when she'll realize there are other places to go... not that she'll want to, necessarily. Just wondering when she'll become aware of it.

My son is in the same boat, right now he is 6, his 1st trip was at 18m, he has gone 7 times now, by Nov he will have gone 9 times at 7yrs old, he's always ready to go:thumbsup2, He does want to try somewhere else DL, he wants to go to Carsland:cool2:

Sore. Got up early for softball this morning and felt a nice sized knot in my back... after playing, then working on the pool and landscaping in the afternoon, I can feel a couple more knots back there.

was hoping to get more done today than I actually did. Pool filter pump needed to be replaced though, which required a trip to the store. Had a couple thunderstorms roll through as well. Good news is that the pool should be ready for swimming tomorrow!!

on the landscaping, I got some work done on the front yard. decided to expand the areas to the left and right of the porch out into the lawn more to add more flowers. pulled up a lot of grass and raked out the area (only the left side), only to then start trimming the bushes that were there, creating more raking...

before i knew it, it was dinner time. hope to get more done tomorrow.

i didn't know what to do with the grass, i pulled up. I took it to the backyard and laid it out in a bare patch. will it grow?? or just die??

Ron hows Jan looking for ya?? Look like you may be able to sneak away for the weekend??

Unless I win The Megamillions and can retire by then, It doesn't look good, Rachel would not be able to get off of work, and with the Nov trip I would have to pull Hunter out of school for a 2nd week:scared1:, And there's no way either of them would let me go on my own:rolleyes1

DD is aware of DL now because with toontown gone, she wanted to know what happened to Mickey and Minnie's houses. We told her those were just their vacation homes, but their REAL homes are in DL. Now she wants to go. 3 more years...

At first I got a lot of eye rolls, but most accept that it is "what I do". There is a little head shaking, but that is because either myself or a co-worker are planning a trip there (she goes every other year or so too).

My problem is, I can't spend less then 10 days there anymore. Makes it kinda pricey. :lmao:

Got another PIN in an E-mail today, for either 30% off room or free dining in dates October/November/December. What I really want though is a repeat of last year's offer of free dining for next August, which xame in the late fall. (It turns out the PIN I got in the snail mail was a CAA offer) That would reduce a lot of the costs for the trip
