I've stayed there. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It's our home resort for DVC. The location is fabulous. I'll try to remember to post pics tomorrow.

The store does have more than candy and milk, but not much more. I recommend doing a garden grocer delivery. We've had a lot of success with them. The prices aren't too bad and bell services is really good about holding them for you. (even frozens!)

I have ordered with them before. my wife and I did the segway tour at FT Wilderness and visited their general store.. They had BACON.. real live (well not really live) Bacon! and eggs! I was hoping!

somebody posted on my other thread that they were staying at BLT and they a million DVC points! wouldnt that be like millions in dues?? maybe they were being facetious!

to get to the contemp., take the elevator in blt to the 4th floor and take the sky, walkway over to the contemp. it will drop you off at the grand canyon concor. where you will find the gift shop, "food". the contempo is a nice place to grab a quick lunch. they have good food.

First a quick question..

Seriously, has anyone stayed at BLT? If so post some pics., does that grocery store have more stuff than the poly? (Maybe a store with stuff like FT Wilderness?) or is it just basic candy and milk?

Was there in March and stayed in a 1BR pool view and a Studio MK view. Love the resort. There are some pics on my TR. They start on this page about half way down. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2688976&page=3

More are spread out from there on but you would have to do some scrolling. Did not really look at the store but I wouldn't expect much. One thing that I think you should do is see Wishes from the Top of The World Lounge. Great view and less crowded than the California Grill.

I ran my trip cost findings past the missus when I got home tonight. She seemed interested, but then said what she really wants to do is stay at the new Art of Animation. (Of course, that will still be the new hotness when we go, so I dunno....) We shall see, 2014 is still a ways away....
