Just how old are you?
As old as my tongue and a little bit older than my teeth.

48 next year. My in-laws were grandparents by the time they were my age

I don't notice too much until days like today or when I am around my cousins. I was the youngest of the cousins and my dad was the youngest of his siblings. I have cousins that have grandkids older than my kids.
This afternoon the church is having a thing where they watch the kids from 3-8 giving the parents time to shop or just have date night. We are going to use that time to wrap gifts and purge some unwanted toys and get ready for new ones to arrive. All in all I think it is going to be a busy day but enjoyable day!!! One the pain front ...today seems much beter so far@!!!!!!
Hope a great day everyone
Now I realize again why people are supposed to have their kids when they are younger.
We went to our new church closer to home this morning and had a great service and then this evening attended the Christmas Dinner at our old church and they presented Shari a plaque (surprising her) for her 32 years of being the church pianist and 25 years as a Sunday School teacher. Naturally she shed a few tears, but it was a nice gesture that they made. I managed to get my dis dad gift exchange gift packaged up and ready to hit the mail!
