Did you know that you can overheat an email account???

I thought my emails were light while I was gone, they refreshed and I had 578 emails in my inbox. :scared1::scared1:

Apparently our inbox archives when there is 250+ unread emails. Way over my head, but what a Monday.

Oh, BTW, the free wi-fi at Kidani was so so. It was ok in the morning, but at night it was very, very, very, Peyton Manning slow.

I was able to connect to the free wifi at wl, but I don't think I ever saw a Web page open up any time of the day. It was a joke.

Well boys, bad news. I am now indebted forever. Tim and I placed a bet on the Packers/Giants game yesterday. Tim asked if I wanted to bet straight up or with the points, and like a fool I decided to go with Vegas and give him 7 points. The Packers won to extend their unbeaten streak to 18 games, but a last second field goal is still only worth 3 points. So, not only will Tim be getting a nice sampling of Wisconsin's finest brews, but the agreement is that whenever we're in Disney World at the same time, he never has to buy another Dole Whip for life.

YEAH BUDDY!!!!!! :woohoo::woohoo: :drinking::drinking1:drinking::drinking1 :woohoo::woohoo:

I really wished the Giants could of pulled it out though. Leaving AR 58 seconds was way too much time.

If you hand deliver my winnings, I'll share them with you. ::yes::

How was your day in NYC?

I think if any DISDad's cross paths with you at WDW in Tim's absence, we should ALL be able to collect on the debt. It's what Tim would want... :rotfl2: :lmao:

Eh, not much of a backstory. Guy has red hair and if they put him in green tights and stuck him in the MK he could pass for Peter Pan.:rotfl2:

He just caught me at a bad time and made a comment that rubbed me the wrong way. I was single rider line for TT and he put me in row 2 with a dad and son. We proceed up to our row and this family of 4 who didn't speak English that he sent up to rows 1 and 2 about 4 loads ago are still up there and letting other groups get on ahead of them. They didn't understand what he told them and it was clear at the time, but they had screwed the whole loading situation up in the process. Well, the dad and son who I was supposed to ride with got on with the Dad from that first family while his wife and 2 sons rode together (instead of 2 in row 1 and 2 in row 2 like Peter told them). Instead of just hopping in the next car (by myself):confused3, I went back and told him what happened and he starts blaming me for messing it up. I just bit my tongue and stepped back to the front of the single rider line to wait to be re-assigned. If I had opened my mouth it would have been a very un-Disney situation for a lot of people, because I don't think the peanut butter and beverly filter would have worked quick enough.

what can you do in those situations. Sometimes doing the right thing only makes things worse. I suppose you should have just rode by yourself in the next car. :confused3 kudos though for not responding to him and making it any worse.

And that team would be? The Marlins had to do something after taxpayers helped fund a new ballpark. Deciding if I will get a small season ticket package. Probably will. Anyone down here during baseball, let me know. Maybe catch a game together.

hopefully he'll stay healthy and leg out lots of triples for the marlins... except when he plays the mets. :rolleyes1

Yeah, how was your day in NYC, Randall?? BTW, 5:30am when I left work sunday morning there was absolutely no crowd at the tree. It was lit and it was still dark out, so it was a great time to see it. :lmao: I also walked past the Macy's windows around 6am on my way to Penn and there was nobody there either. :rotfl2:

There's a reason it's called "gambling":lmao:

Want to make a bet on the Colts going to the super bowl this year? :rotfl2:

Tim missed out on his chance to be a proper nemesis by not restricting you from consuming a Dole Whip at the same time. It would have been much worse if you could only buy him one and then watch him eat it.

Oh now that I know Dole whips are in play.I will up the ante for our Rematch in the super bowl!!!!

Hey guys.

It's been a little bit since I last visited/posted. It's been a very full, crazy kind of week - but in a very good way. I've been in Ft. Lauderdale all week, and still in Florida for another week. Tomorrow afternoon (around 3) I'll be leaving and heading north. Stopping in Vero Beach for the night, then on to OKW on Monday afternoon. :cool1: On a research trip. Will be at WDW til Friday morning, then over to Canaveral to board the Monarch of the Seas for 3 nights. Then up to Hilton Head Island before heading home again.

Step 1 of our multi-step plan has finally become fully effective. We decided to really go for it and go into business for ourselves, and step 1 was completed this week. I can't talk about it too much here on the DIS (since the DIS is owned by a TA), but that is the industry that is step 1. We have formally purchased a franchise operation, so as a result of that I can no longer be associated with FTJ. But this move is allowing for a large expansion over what was relatively limited in scope. Disney remains my specialty, but there is so much more that I have access to now through the home office. My website, which remains mostly Disney-centric, has been up for a while, and I've been sitting in the hotel each night updating, revising, etc to make all of the needed revisions. More to do, but I've been in training ALL day each day all week, so the time is limited each night. A second site went live recently too which is devoted to the expanded part of the business.

Step 2 continues to inch forward, and is a BIG part of this research trip.

Step 3 also continues to inch forward, with an in-depth meeting taking place next week while I'm in Orlando.

Step 4... we're still determining. But in the end, we are considering 3-4 different ventures under a single corporate umbrella.

For those of you who are friends with me on FB, you can see my post about it over there on either my personal page or my business page.

Anyway - I hope you all have a great Sunday! I'll be at WDW very, very soon - and am so very excited!!
:cool1: :yay: :dance3:

Congratulations, Stopher. If I had to pick one guy on here who could/should do this, you'd be the guy. Good luck!

I think this is true brilliance.

Barry, bad bet... The spread will always get you

Stopher, good luck! We're all counting on you

Duck, nice start to your TR!

Well, from yesterday's game, looked like Bellicheck tanked it in the 4th quarter. So, what are the odds the Colts will win 1 this year.

I think they might get one in week 15 or 17. The Titans have had their moments and I think the Jags might be beatable in the last game of the year. Alot more then QB needs to be fixed for next year.

Never go against a Sicilian when death is on the line.

I have something to say and I suspect it can only be understood and appreciated among this fine collection of folks...

Single Digits!!!

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Hey Ben! Any chance you'll be in either Epcot or HS on the 14th?
