Hi ladies! I can't get over how well you all are doing! Melanie, you have the best attitude you can have with dieting/living healthy -- just keep swimming! I'm not sticking to any particular plan at this point, so I have to keep reminding myself every day when the scale hovers back and forth around the same numbers. I was down a pound today though, and it's my TOM! We'll see how long it lasts. It's usually not worth reporting, because it just goes back up the next week
As for marathon training, things are going SO slow! I was hurt a little while ago, got some PT for my knee (just wear and tear from dance, no new injury). I'm up to about 8 miles now, though. Some days I run most of it and feel great, other days it's all I can do to walk it. I stay above the "sweeper" pace though, so that's good
