It seems to be the week of dads doesn't it. How nice for you Glynis that your dad sent you that email. Make sure you print that up and save it. Read it when yopu get down- it will be a good motivator for you!
It's times like this when I miss my dad the most. But, I can't talk about that now.... or I'll cry.

You can do anything if you put your mind to it and keep on working towards your goal.
