I'm glad you had such a nice day for your birthday! I'm feeling ok today. I actually have some swelling, which I haven't had since I stopped working... and some in my hands, which I haven't had at all! I'm trying to find our cuff, etc to see if my BP is still low... I've been so thrilled with it staying low, that now I'm paranoid about any increase!

what is your B/P don't freak an Antepartum nurse out like that. Your 32 weeks now right? You know I have to ask the questions, right . Any HA, Vision changes or Epigastric pain? I'm sure Kyle if he is home has already asked these questions.

Today we are taking both moms out for dinner as a late Mother's Day celebration.

They haven't seen the pictures from our trip

since they both don't have a computer so we can show them today so they can pick out the ones they want printed up.

My evil BIL & SIL

will be here in 2 weeks. Seems they don't like the daycare for their 2 kids where they live so they are going to come up here & have my MIL, my other BIL, & me watch them for the summer (8 weeks)....hello????Did anyone ask me?

I think my MIL volunteered me. I love my niece & nephew & I don't mind having them here, but #1 BIL

should have asked me himself,, & #2 they have always taken advantage of my MIL & are down right nasty to her. They expect everyone to help them (with child care & financially) since they can't get themselves on their feet alone but remain toxic to all who are around them.

#3 I have to figure out what to do with my own kids while I am working this summer.

If it helps....there will be a group Littleton high schoolers in NYC that week on their mission trip. (In other words you may want to run the other way ). Actually as far as I know it's a great group of kids.

He's not here, but I still think like a nurse don't forget, even though I'm off work right now My BP has been fine, running around 116/76 or so -- just slightly higher than my baseline, and still great. No other symptoms besides a bit of swellling, but that's normal for pregnancy -- I just haven't had any yet since I haven't gained much weight, haven't had increased BP at all, etc. Don't worry... as an RN who worked the NICU for a while, I'm more than paranoid for myself, so I won't let anything go unnoticed if it needs to be

Cassidy spent the night at someone's house last night so it was just Abi and I and I gotta say....I love Abi but she snores and is a bed hog .

We watched Finding Nemo and played Yahtzee, which she won.

Someone asked about birthday pics. Figured I'd wait until all parties are done and download at once and bore you then!!

Jennifer - This particular trip is not the norm. We have so many nights to plan that getting the right mix of DVC and hotel is tricky. Especially since we bought in at about 80 days from departure, which means DVC availability is slim. Then there's dining plan, and trying to work the ADRs around the resort changes, and blah blah blah. Next summer we will be at AKV the whole time so it won't be this crazed.

Debbie - If one of you girls can design a shirt for Cape May I will go have my shirts printed at the mall.
You are going to have such fun on your cruise!!

I was mostly just giving you a hard time I can't imagine overhauling all of those plans so close to your trip! I still think, however, there will always be SOME planning debacles.... with ADRs or something! It wouldn't be fun without a little bit of replanning, no?

Oooh, that's very true! It likely wouldn't be a disney cruise, but it would be a cruise nonetheless... and that's better than not cruising at all!

Hi guys, I thought I would show you the newest things that I have been making.

Bags and wallets!

DW loves the Ver@ Br@dley bags, so I thought I would come up with a different version!

This is one for her friend. She picked aqua colors, not my favorite color, but I think it still turned out pretty good, except for a few of my "goof ups".

And yes, I did quilt the fabric myself!


We were at the mall the other day, and DW got so many complements on her bag. She kept telling everyone that I made it, and they wanted business cards. I guess I should get some printed.
Not sure I want to start that though!

Terry and her friend Carol are downtown so she had cellphone coverage. She called and said Hal ow ow ow was really hurting today, and was sitting in the recliner getting ready to soak in the hot tub.

But the trip down was great and she and Hal ow ow ow are having a wonderful time. I suppose he and Bruce will save the world a little later.

DGD and I are on the way to Costco. The cuboards are bare. This is not good. This means that I have to stock up on things like paper towels and sirloin burgers and Tide. Checkout won't be pretty. There will be lots of crying and nashing of teeth.

My DGD and I went to the bank this morning and we opened up a checking account for her. She can have an ATM card with Visa so she can buy her own Itunes and Abercrobie &F sweaters and guitar hero games out of her own funds.
