Yes, and I found it. :teeth: I always look for you when I go past there. ;) It was easier to find with the pied piper license plate.

Well, that plate will be back, but it won't say MUUSIC... it will say PNO4TE!

for the length of your stay you might want to pack another one of your suitcases, just for towels!

I was going to say that she needs a towel bag to go with her shoe bag.

Ah, you know me well! :goodvibes That's exactly what I was thinking! It's a good thing we have supplemental nights in a regular hotel room in between the DVC so I don't have to address the towel issue the entire time! :rotfl:
Someone suggested swiping clean towels from the pool.:rolleyes1 But since DH doesn't have the towel issues that I have maybe we can get by with just one extra towel pack in between each scheduled replenishment. Since there won't be a housekeeper to tip each day I will use my tip money to buy clean towels!

Hi all....I've been reading along but just haven't got a lot to say. This whole situation with Emma and her class has really taken a toll on me. I spoke with the sub on Tuesday in an impromptu meeting and after I had a chance to process her comments I am not thrilled with some of the things. With there being only 10 full days and 5 half days left in the school year I feel that anything I do/say at this point is not going to matter. I cannot wait for the year to end.

Other than that things are the same here. Busy with soccer. I will be glad when that is over. I am having a Pampered Chef party here tomorrow night and then have family coming in on Saturday for a visit.

Sending out :wizard:,'s and :cheer2: for everyone.

I also owe a few birthday wishes...

Happy Sweet 16th Cassidy!!

Happy Birthday Abi!!

Happy Birthday Tia!!

Elin - that's great news about Button! I hope her recovery continues to be strong. :wizard: Congrats to Kristin, and have fun this weekend! :goodvibes

Jen - lots of :wizard: :wizard:

Bernadette - I'd love to see your Kodak pics. :goodvibes Did your Owner's Locker ever show up?

I'm so sorry to hear that so many of you are losing your Disney Stores! :sad2: I'm surprised they're closing so many.

Stephanie - good to see you! That's encouraging to hear that your waitlist for BCV came through - congrats!

Terry - yay for lower meds, and for the lower jeans size! :thumbsup2 You're wasting away!

Chanon - congrats on the cruise docs! :woohoo:

You, too, Becky! :woohoo:

Janet - meant to say that I love all your home improvements! Everything looks great!

Beth - good luck to Laura this weekend and tomorrow! Sorry to hear the empty nest blues are setting in a little early.

Deb - congrats to the boys for playing better tonight, and yay for good evenings the past few! Your trip is getting close!

Elizabeth - re: towels - if you want fresh towels more often, you could always wash them. You'd have to buy/bring your own detergent, but the laundry rooms at SSR are free. I know I don't have clean towels every day at home, so it doesn't bug me, but that's an option for you! :goodvibes

Glad to hear you don't find the paperwork too daunting! My eyes glaze over when I read any sort of real estate contracts!

I'm going to head to bed - have good evenings, everyone!

Lindsay - DH can't seem to figure out my towel thing. He is perfectly happy to hang up his towel and use it again, but I want a clean towel every day at home. Since it is such a sticking point with me I will probably get at least one extra pack. I don't want to be stuck laundering clothes, let alone towels, on vacation! :rotfl:

Robyn, I am so sorry that Emma is still having a rough time! I hate school problems!

DS took his project in this morning, the teacher looked at it and marked him down for a 100 for bringing it today, then told him (and the other students) that they could bring the projects back home to work on them more over the weekend. Okey dokey, then! DS said this project will count for FIVE grades, so it is a darn good thing he gets another chance to work on it! He only has nine class days left, so apparently she isn't planning to assign many more things. I got an e-mail today that the last 4 days of school are final exams so the kids are out at 12:30 each day. I had no clue that was the plan, so it's a good thing they e-mailed!

I am so sorry it's been such a lousy end to the year for Emma. Hopefully she doesn't lose her love for school.

So, today I am getting more and more excited about going down to WV.

Hal gets home from his outing today and I find out that he was hit by a Ram. Not the brand name of car, truck but an honest to goodness Ram.

He was at a fly fishing tournament and he didn't get the email advising people to be careful in one area of the creek. There was a ram and a few ewes and another guy was running from the ram and trying to hit it with a stick. Before Hal knew it, he was cornered by the ram. So, he figures, if he stands at the edge of the creek, the ram won't bother him. Wrong idea. The ram butted him and the force threw him in the creek. He is pretty bruised up and now is feeling fine with a few pain pills and a glass of scotch. He had me check for ticks cause he was pulling off a few after he got out of the water. Plus the impact, tore his jeans from the back to almost the front.

He said he barely got out of the water and our oldest son called him to see if he was okay cause it was all over the school already!!!

Howie ends the call by saying bye DAAAAAAADDD :lmao:

Oh that man of mine

Robyn -

Elizabeth - yay for the extra time on the project!

Terry - glad Hal wasn't hurt too badly. Enjoy WV!

Good morning everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!Im feeling a bit better about things this morning so thanks for the good thoughts. I wont be around til later tonight--after work, my coworkers and I are going to see Made of Honor--so excited!
Have a great day all

Good morning. :)

Geez, I'm tired. It was all I could do to get out of bed. I think I hit snooze at least 4 times. But...........

TGIF!!!

I just found the part on the DVC site where they reveal the extra charges for towels. HOLY COW! :scared: $6 for 4 clean towels, $15 if I want trash and towel service on an unscheduled day and $30 per day if I want actual housekeeping! YIKES!! This is NOT good. I must ponder the towel dilemma.

That's pretty bad, especially when just staying in a regular room gets us clean towels everyday (if we want). Plus mousekeeping comes everyday to empty the trash and tidy the room, and all for no extra charge. (just leave a tip)

Terry, glad Hal wasn't seriously hurt. :wizard: that he isn't too sore today.

Elizabeth, my mother has the same towel issues as you.
