I've obviously been married too long, because I don't get this. Why do you want you crinoline to be a different color than your dress? Is this the new "thing"? If it is, then I vote for the pale blue.

Quick update on my mom's brother. They were able to shrink the tumor in his lung, but he has been diagnosed with liver cancer. They will try chemo to see if it will shrink this tumor to help with the pain he is having, but its definitely a death sentence.

Becky wanted to go to BBB but she was very unhappy when I told her that adults can't wear costumes into the parks except during the special parties.

Peach was one I didn't think of! I though blue for my "something blue" but it really doesn't go with our colors...but then that only leaves brown, orange, red. Peach is a nice middle ground!

Elizabeth - I think it's relatively new...done more for the shock factor than anything.

Thanks for the reminder on the Disney show! I remember seeing advertising on the TA site about Quinceanera parties. This will be neat to see something on that!

Those parties are HUGE here. I mean HUGE. The parties are as elaborate as weddings. Think of it kind of like a Bar Mitzvah or a Super Sweet 16 party, but for Hispanic girls turning 15.
