Thanks! That little Pooh dress is pretty simple but it might just be my favorite of the 4 outfits I made her. I've got some great fabric to make Lizzy a Pooh A-line. She actually tried this one on before I cut the 4" off-it was just a tiny bit too tight-but it looked cute on her too.

Elizabeth-did you see the A La Carte Bagg on the floor in the shorts photo?

Emma will look darling in that dress!

I didn't see the bag. I'll have to go back and look! :rotfl2:

Elizabeth, Riley plays on this all the time. It is like playing medieval games where can attack creatures & on each level you can get better weapons. You can cook, you can fish, you can cut wood, you can make fires with the wood, you can cast magic, there is much more. The boys are rambling & I can't keep up :rotfl:

You can chat with friends while playing. You have a friends list & an ignore list. The boys say that bad words are not allowed & if someone tries to type one in, it is starred out.

Membership is free unless you want to pay for extra stuff. Not sure what that is, the boys play for free :rotfl:

Hope this helped, if not you are welcome to call & talk to Riley :thumbsup2

Does anybody have a child who plays "Runescape"? DS wants to play that, but we haven't looked into it.

Bernadette-the dress is adorable...but I just :lovestruc the shorts!!
Thanks! I had enough of that dot fabric to make Emma shorts too but then I cut Lizzy's out wrong. I don't think I can get shorts for Emma out of the wrong cut pieces. I'll have to make Molly shorts/pants.

I think the buttons make it. Velcro/snaps wouldn't have looked as cute.:rotfl:

My SIL (NOT the seamstress) sent me a gift card for JoAnn's for my birthday.:thumbsup2 I can use it right away online or wait for the actually card to use it at the store.

Thank you all for the comments, I really like my short hair :thumbsup2

Bernadette what a cute dress!

Glynis sorry about the flight ordeal. Glad Alan was able to get it taken care of!

Becky I hope you can slow down soon!

Jen I hope you feel better tomorrow :wizard:

Tammi glad to hear Alyssa had a great party. Do you have pictures :upsidedow

Elin how is your new washer?

Elizabeth I have known Mary for over 20 years & we met where we both still work. We have had our little tiff's with each other, but we are more like family than friends. I feel really guilty about my trip coming up. Mary is the one who needs to go to a "Happy Place" right now. Sorry to ramble on, I just hurt so much for her.

Glynis, that sounds like a huge nightmare! Glad Alan got it sorted out!

To be fair, it's really you guys that clued me in to checking the airline periodically. If it wasn't for you, things could have been really bad. So, thank you!!!!

Since you are flying Delta, KEEP CHECKING!

Night all!

I really need to get my eating and other things in check, or my clothing will not fit anymore. All of these events and not having consistent eating times has really messed havoc with my eating. I also hope to start exercising again, once my class is over.

Night, everyone! I'll talk to y'all in the morning!

Can I tell you all how much I HATE dealing with airlines????? Alan bought 4 tickets to London on December 17 of last year. We booked the flight that we wanted, seats that we wanted, etc. It was done and we weren't going to have to worry about it. Well, we received a confirmation on December 18, so I've been checking periodically to make sure our departure times don't change (at least too much). Well, during our Spring Break, Alan was checking on them and noticed that instead of flying from Salt Lake to Newark then Newark to Heathrow, 3 of the tickets were the same, but one (for a minor child) was scheduled from SL to Houston, Houston to JFK, JFK to Gatwick!!! Not acceptable at all!

Alan called the airline and got the run around. He was finally able to leave a voice mail, and we've been waiting to hear back. Yesterday, he got a message on his voice mail from the airline, saying there is a problem with the tickets, and he needs to call ASAP!

He called last night at 5:00 and was told that Continental had CANCELLED THE FLIGHT 2 WEEKS AGO. We were not informed by email, phone call, postcard, etc. Nothing!!! So, from 5:00 until 7:00 last night, Alan was talking to Delta to try to work this out. At first, they wanted to put us on a flight that would get us from SL to Newark, then we'd have a 20 hour layover until a flight to Heathrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE! By the time he got off the phone, he had us booked on a flight from SL to JFK (red-eye), then we get upgraded to first class from JFK to Heathrow! Coming home, we are nonstop from Heathrow to SL with the possibility of first class.

Phew!!! We now have hard copies of the tickets tucked neatly away with my passport! I'm just glad that we had been checking periodically. It would have been horrible to show up on June 1st and be told there was no available flight for 3 days!

:scared1: :scared1: that is very scary, glad you were checking.

Becky good luck on your test.
:wizard: and prayers for all.

Good morning, DDA! :sunny: (although it is chilly and rainy here again today :()

First class on an international flight will be wonderful! I'm glad you got it straightened out, for the better.

Good morning. :)
