Good luck on getting it to air out. The bags I bought at the grocery store still stink, and I have had them forever it seems.

Anne Marie-does your Disney Store sell reusable bags with Mickey like the ones you can buy in the grocery stores now? I bought one today but it stinks. Hope it airs out cause it is really cute.

:wizard: :wizard: That sounds horrible :wizard: :wizard:

I hope that the news gets better for him. Lots of prayers and :wizard: for your family.

Prayers said that it is not as bad as you fear. :wizard: :grouphug:

That one is my favorite too. Beautiful girls, Jennifer.

Thanks everyone. :goodvibes

This is so cute... although I can't believe Olivia is in shorts!

I couldn't get over the sandals.

Good Morning DDA!

Robyn and Jennifer, the kids pics are just too cute!

Lucy had me laughing! Her smile is just contagious!

Thanks Tom! She is quite the charmer.

Jennifer love the pictures, Virginia is such a cutie :goodvibes Olivia is growing so much!

Robyn :wizard: for your BIL!

Tammi I agree, TGIF! I do not have to be back to work till Tuesday :cool1:

Well the girls are up so I need to get moving. Emma has a field trip today that she is excited about. Not much else on the agenda though. Eric just called and said he is coming home because he feels sick. I'm sure it will prove to be a long day with him home.

Thought I'd share one last pic- Molly had "Lucky to have you Day" at her preschool yesterday. Both grandmoms went in and they had pizza and cookies together.

How fun for Molly! I remember when the boys were in grade school they would have Grandparents Day. They always enjoyed having lunch with grandma at school :goodvibes

Hope Eric is feeling better soon :wizard:

Tonight Eric and I found out that his BIL very possibly has testicular cancer. Apparently he's had something that he ignored for a while and my SIL finally forced him to the doctor's this past week. His Commanding Officer accompanied him as SIL was afraid he'd skip out on the appointment. BIL is not the type to go to the doctor's at all. I hope and pray that it's not as bad as they fear but I don't think that's the case. So if you all have any spare prayers and :wizard: for him I'd appreciate it.

Yikes! Good thoughts for all of you as he deals with this!:wizard:

Us Texas girls need to stay safe tomorrow. High risk for fires tomorrow with lots of wind and dry air.

I saw that on the news.:scared:
Cute pics of your girls! It is definitely warm enough for shorts and sandals!:thumbsup2

Good morning, DDA! Just a quick pop in before heading out for the day. We're hitting an early (read: cheap :thumbsup2 ) showing of Horton and then will get done at just the right time to have lunch with Phil at work. After that, who knows. I guess starting to get some of the company-coming-cleaning that needs to be done. Namely, mop the kitchen which needs it, but is just hard to motivate for. Oh well, it will get done. Otherwise, I'll probably continue the stroll down memory lane as I scan some more pictures. It's been pretty interesting though is going to be a long process.

Have a good day everyone!!

Have fun at the movie, Tia! :)

I just paid a bunch of bills, so that's out of the way.
I need to draft a letter for DH to send to his credit card company opting out of the "changes in terms". He already called and told them, but this letter from them says we have to send it IN WRITING:rolleyes: , so we'll send it just to make sure we're covered.

I think DS and I are going to play mini-golf today. Unless he thinks of something else he would rather do.

Today is the 21st Anniversary of our first date   How are we celebrating? He's working today and I'm working tonight :lmao: At least we both have the weekend off though the kids have plenty of activities to keep us busy. We are also expecting a storm today and another on Sunday. When will winter end? We still need to make up on Snowboarding day, but It doesn't look like the weather will cooperate on Sunday and the Mountain closes at the end of the month :confused3

I need to get Hunter to the optical shop sometime soon as his glasses are so scratched that I'm not sure how he still sees out of them. They should still be under warranty so we'll get him some new lenses.

I also set up an eye appointment for myself. I haven't had my eyes checked since college and I'm pretty sure that I'm not seeing things as well as I used to at least for distance. It's not until April though.

I remember Grandparents' Days too... it didn't matter where we lived (GA, NY, OH or VA) my parents were there for every single one. They got in their car in PA and drove wherever their beloved grand daughters were. What a wonderful memory you and Robyn brought back to me this morning, Janet. Thank you.

Good Morning All!!

Today is the first day since Sunday that I have not woken with a headache of varying degrees.

Jennifer-those babies are just so precious:lovestruc ....and boy don't they look alike:goodvibes . For all of you who were commenting on Olivia's shorts....I am pretty sure it's been cooler here and Cassidy has been in shorts most of the week and flip flops:rotfl:

Robyn-I hope the diagnosis is not as dire as first heard. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Tia-tell us how the movie is....Cassidy is very disappointed in watching the commercials.

I had to break Abi's heart last night about girl scouts. She TOLD dad she was going to a meeting yesterday that I've been telling her I really don't want her with that troop anymore. After I talked to her about always ASKING me before doing anything (dad never says no)....I reminded her of why I don't want her in that troop anymore. A. Even though her best friend is in it they are the only 2 middle schoolers in it....they go down to the elementary school and add 10-12 4th and 5th graders (because of the leader's best friend's daughter..who is a spoiled brat). I have continually told her that I think she needs to be with girls her own age and maturity level. I am even willing to go back to being a leader. Then because this really wasn't registering with her...I got to tell her that even though I like her bf's mom, the leader, (and I do) she is not a person I want to be a moral guide/role model for Abi.

Boy I didn't mean to write quite as much as I did...thanks for "listening"

I took your headache for the day, Theresa! Enjoy the respite!! ;)

I understand and support your conversation and actions with Abi. Doesn't make it any easier to have my approval, though, I know. But you need her to understand that you are looking out for her best interests. Good for you.

I have no idea of the date of Jim and I's first date:lmao:

Well, ours was Bob's Senior Prom... so not to hard to remember even after 4 decades. :rotfl:
