DDA Chapter 3

Glad to hear you are feeling better Jennifer!

Before you know it Virginia will be crawling, we need pictures :thumbsup2

Virginia is rolling over now front to back and back to front.

my back is feeling a little better now that I have been up for a little while and taken a shower.

Tia- :yay: for Terra feeling better.

Deb- I am sorry Colby (and Mommy too) had a rough night.

Elizabeth- :yay: for the payoff!  So glad that you or anyone else was not hurt. Scary!

Jennifer- :yay: for Virginia rolling over! She'll be 4 months old soon, right?

Bernadette- I am glad that border came back but now I need to go back through mine again! The site was down most of the day yesterday. I guess it was a good thing as I was able to accomplish some much neglected chores.

Molly can stay dry for over 16 hours (and soak through a pull up in 10 minutes) but still refuses to have absolutely nothing to do with the potty.:headache: :sad2:

yes she will be 4 months Feb. 21st
Robyn did you guys use the dinning plan? If so how did you like it.

Thank you Elin! I have ordered some brochures to look at. I think Gary would enjoy the area as well.

I love Disney but we need to try something different that all of us will enjoy together.

I know I need to find the camera

We did use it and it worked well for us. We were able to share a lot of our counter service meals- 2 adult meals fed the 4 of us. We did mostly character meals/buffets so with the plan we came out ahead. We paid $9.99/day for each girl and most of the TS buffets were $12.99 or so. We did use 2 credits for CRT and ended up paying out of pocket for I think our Tusker House breakfast. CRT was the only meal that the tip was included in the plan (we ended up giving our waitress an extra $10- she was really good). All others we paid the tip with cash.

Jennifer -It has been awhile since we had pics of your princesses! Yay for Virginia rolling over! :yay: I started with Brother when he was 6 1/2 mos. and he couldn't roll over because the girl they had before held him all the time. His parents didn't seem to notice.

Well, I have my shirt just about finished. I have to finish off all the places where I ran the elastic through and hem the bottom. I'm not sure what I think yet. Chuck and the girls like it.

That looks great, Vicki!!!

Cranky DH just called. We already had it arranged that I would pick up DS today, but he was calling to tell me I definitely have to go get DS. Duh!
Then he said he is going to be off tomorrow and Wednesday because the guy he was supposed to cover is going to work after all. DH said the guy has decided since all the hard work of Super Bowl is over that he can run his own route. I'm not sure if this is somebody who was out on short term disability or what.:confused3 I'm glad DH will have the days off because he needs to rest and get UNcranky!

I have to say that for a Monday this day hasn't been too bad. Blasphemy, I know! It started out rough- Blackie dug a hole under the fence and got out. Emma let him in the front door and he jumped all over her. He was covered in mud. It was 10 minutes before she was to be picked up for school. I had to rush around and get her changed and then mop up the foyer and kitchen, muddy paw prints everywhere.

But the upside is, I bought tickets for the Hannah Montana concert movie, the kids haven't been horrible today, the county is in the water/marsh cleaning it out and putting up some type of rock wall from what I can tell   , and finally that is 2:30 so my day is nearing the end!

You know I never thought I would want to live anywhere but Michigan but in the last couple of years, I think I've decided I'd like to live somewhere else too. I've lived in 4 different areas of the Upper Peninsula and two different areas of the Lower Peninsula. I think I'd prefer to live somewhere that doesn't get so much snow. I'm not sure I could go without 4 seasons totally but I'd be willing to give it a try. :lmao:

I'm a New Yorker through and through, but every once in a while (especially during the cold, grey days), I get an urge to live somewhere else, too.

Oh, and I really, really wish they would stop referring to NYS as Hillary's "home state". She may be here now, but I'm sure she will be gone in the blink of an eye once she is done using us. (I hope I didn't offend anyone, but it is driving me nuts.)

So the housekeeper was sick last week and didn't come to clean. The neighbor stopped by a little bit ago to tell me the housekeeper is still sick. The poor housekeeper! She works 7 days a week so she is probably run down and can't fight off whatever is making her sick!
Anyway, the neighbor said the housekeeper's TB test was positive, but the chest x-ray shows she doesn't have TB. (That could have been bad for LOTS of people because all the families she cleans for have little ones!) The neighbor is bilingual and has been helping the housekeeper get the medical care she needs, but it sounds like the whole thing has just been a nightmare! So pixie dust for Maria that she feels better soon, please!:wizard:

I'm off to get Princess!

Yay for a decent Monday!

You can have George Bush if you want him. ;) Although I don't think he intends to leave.:rolleyes1

So here are a few pictures.

This is what Nick and Colby did tonight.

Here is the top.

Tell Nick and Colby that they made a terrific robot!

I like your shirt, and I think you did a great job with it. See what it looks like with a tank/cami under it (unless you think that would be too hot). Laura layers things like crazy, and they look wonderful on her.

Chris is not doing well at the moment. I think Brady is doing worse though. This sucks

My condolences to Chris! There are a lot of happy people in this area today, though. I don't really care about football at all (sorry!), so I didn't even know until this morning.

according to this, we will need to start a new thread soon.

From Webmaster Alex

Sorry for the delay on this, we had to have a piece of software custom written to cut up the existing long threads.
We have also decided how to handle long threads moving forward:
1. Threads will be closed at 250 pages (3750 posts)
2. Any existing thread over 250 pages will be locked as is.
3. The really long threads that were removed will come back over the next week or so. I have to shut the boards down to cut them up so I will try to do it during "off hours". We are also trying index them so people will be able to reference them.

I hope everyone is enjoying the much faster boards!

Alex

We'll need new threads pretty often!
