Hope your foot heals quickly!!

I always get my times from this site before I go: http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/
He has the times for just about everything - published and unpublished. I've actually found over the last 5 years since I've started using that site that many of the times change very little from year to year. Maybe 10-15 min here and there, but many of my times from our last Dec trip 4+ years ago are still the same as this year.

I had looked at that sight before my trip and planned to print it out the weekend before the trip but that Sat I spent trying to get Emma to feel better and then spent the Sunday in the ER with her. Then had to rush to pack to leave on Monday. I thought for sure they would have a time guide at the park. I think they did bring the printed time guide back this year based on what I had read.

Fabulous for pin removal!!

My doctor said that 8 months to a year in would be the best my ankle would be....we are close to a year now (where does the time go?) and I haven't had a truly pain free day, I wish for you pain free days soon!!

Feels great to have the pin out and the bandage off. Can't wait to take a shower and get it wet! I'm so sorry you are still in pain. Had your doctor ever mentioned a bone stimulator? My doctor also suggested I try glucosamine. He said he takes it for his knee.

Good morning. :)

Yay for the pin removal, Bernadette!

I am enjoying your TR, Tammi! I need to post some photos from our trip too.

Bernadette - I am so glad you got the pin out yesterday. Let's hope that healing picks up now and you are all set for your birthday trip!

Jennifer - I hope your migraine goes away soon. Have you discussed it with the doctor? I am surprised they allow you to bring meds into the hospital and don't just prescribe them from there.

Bernadette I hope your foot feels better with the pin out.

Jennifer I hope you improve quickly. You must have your hands full with 4 little girls needing you.

Tammi I'm really enjoying your trip report.

Got my pin out today.:cool1: I talked to the doctor about the pain in my right foot. He said when I come back in 2 weeks he would xray both feet. He said it sounds like the pain in related to the cut in the bone and that he could prescribe a bone stimulator-you wear it at night. He said he felt it would eventually heal but it can take up to a year. I only have 4 months, 1 week and 6 days for it to be Disney ready.
:yay::yay::yay::yay:

Today has been the longest day at work. Chris and I both have the rest of the week off. I decided to come home for lunch. I can check on the boys and get out of the office for a few minutes :cool1: It's nice working close to home.

they actually ordered meds for me. but our pharmacy does not carry that med. so I was allowed to use my meds from home.

I see the chiropractor at 3pm hopefully it will help this migraine go away as nothing has taken it away

Thanks Mel,
how are you today?

Chris and I had the day off. We took Nick to the Neurologist this morning. He doesn't think that the light headness/blackouts are anything to worry about, just normal teen stuff, but they are going to do an MRI next Thursday night to rule out any abnormalities. After what we went through last year it has me a bit stressed, but I really think he is okay.

We're remodeling our bathroom closet. Since we had a 4 day weekend I thought we'd have time to get it done :thumbsup2
