Wish I knew! We were maybe going to O'Charley's for Connor's birthday, but then it was 4 before Kristi and I ate lunch and the kids snacked off of it. Plus, Chris could go if we waited until tomorrow night. Now I'm not sure.

As long as Chuck is ok with it, I don't see anything strange about it. I personally prefer to stay in a hotel vs. someone's house (except at my parents), but I'm a little weird that way.

With family, we have always stayed at each other's houses. We couldn't afford motels when I was growing up or my early married years. I feel the same now that I can afford a motel room. It is much more comfortable and when things to get to be too much you have a place to disappear to. However, that doesn't apply to Nanette.

Debbie - I hope you are having a good time, regardless of the crowds and the dirt!

Deb - Your relaxing way of doing Disney is inspiring. I don't think I could do it! Glad you enjoyed your date night!

Vickie - I would definitely be ok with it. Family is family. I think that as long as Chuck is ok with it, you shouldn't be too worried about what others say.

Today is another laundry day here. We are leaving for a week long camping trip to Bear Lake on Monday, so I need to get all the clothes cleaned and ready. We also need to get the trailer put up, to see if there are any repairs that need to be done before we leave. I'm making a ton of Chex Mix to take with us for the kids to snack on at the lake. I'll probably also make some cookies, and brownies to take along as well.

Tomorrow is a state holiday, so Alan is off. We are going to spend the day together, doing the food shopping for camp, and we'll also take in a movie and have lunch together. Should be fun! Although, Timothy is in the separation anxiety stage. He hates me to go even into the next room without him. He screams and cries and his face goes bright red. I really hate this stage! Luckily, it's summer, so I don't have to get a babysitter, as Katie is at home. She can get him calmed down pretty quickly.

And we LOVE Roger with Ray... we have used them 6 times now and he has been our driver every time.

We had a fabulous DDA meet. I hope to upload a photo soon, but photobucket isn't cooperating. We got together at 3 PM, had a BBQ, some nice indoor chatting then we moved it out to the pool area. We talked and watched the kids swim until 9 PM. It was so nice to be able to hang out. The kids and Chris have all commented on how much fun they had

Good Morning,

We had a great time at the BBQ yesterday, many thanks to Deb and Chris for hosting!

We're headed over to the Studios for EMH this morning, looks like we'll be getting some storms today compliments to tropical storm Bonnie, the models show it heading towards our home ater it crosses over Florida.

Love the pictures and report Tammi, looks like you had a great trip.

It is much more comfortable and when things to get to be too much you have a place to disappear to. However, that doesn't apply to Nanette.

We almost never go anywhere. I stayed in my brother's house several times a few years ago, but his family really fills the house now, and I don't want to displace people. I had an aunt and uncle who I felt comfortable staying with, too. Mostly, though, I prefer a little of my own space and privacy.
