We haven't been moving as fast Penny...might be a while!!

I am finally hooked up to a wireless connection....I see more DDA in my future

come on gang we need to make at least a few pages for Tammi and Deb to catch up on when they get back,

Ha ha...I'm already caught up. Only 7 pages since we left last Tuesday.

It is super hot here, but very few storms. Lots of Argentina and Brazil tour groups, more than I've ever seen. We are having a great time none the less and we are still able to get everything done. We did Future World at Epcot today and didn't have any issues with the tour groups. Yesterday at Hollywood studios was another issue though. They were everywhere. I think it was because Fantasmic is only offered 3 days each week. I haven't run into the others yet, but we are totally looking forward to the BBQ on Thursday. Tomorrow is MK day. The 2 younger ones are having a pirate makeover at 11:20 and we're going to a DVC presentation about the new Hawaiian Resort at 3 PM. Should be a super fun day

Ha ha...I'm already caught up. Only 7 pages since we left last Tuesday.

I was trying to make sure you would have at least something to read but no one wanted to play. Glad you are having a great time. We seemed to hit the same parks the tour groups did last year. They were every were.

Good Morning,

Glad you're having a good time Deb, I'm definitely not looking forward to the heat and crowds but we'll make the most of it..

We'll be packing up and heading to Tallahassee in a few hours, the plan is to go to Wakula Springs and take the river boat tour today and head to Disney in the morning.

I'll be taking the netbook and with as much down time as we have planned I'll be checking in quite often.

This is my "new" living room and dining room. I don't have before pictures, but it was bad. I still need curtains and photos for the walls. Eventually, I'd like to replace the furniture, but that is way down on the list of priorities right now.

Abi is officially a Gopher now...only took 6 tries to get her registered at the High School. The counselor's eyes when she saw Abi's test scores looked kind of like this which made me . The only reason Abi isn't in all honors classes is LPS doesn't offer high school credits for honors math taken in middle school, which I guess this county does.

Way to go, Abi!!! And way to go, mom, for the persistence! Sounds like quite the adventure, getting her registered!

I do have to say, though, that gophers are not really a frightening animal. Seems like they could come up with a better mascot! I shouldn't really talk, though, since some of the high schools around here are the Jordan High Beetdiggers, the Delta Rabbits, and the Lehi Pioneers. Not really frightening!

Thanks! It is way better than it was. You just can't look too closely. I am so happy with the new carpet. The old carpet was most likely over thirty years old (definitely more than 21 years old), light blue (originally), and very, very stained. The hardwood floors under the carpet ended being in much nicer shape than we knew. Maybe next time (in 20 years ) we'll refinish those instead.

The Beetdiggers? What is a Beetdigger? Is it a piece of farm equipment? An animal that I've never heard of? A person that digs beets?
