Can I just say I want to strangle someone right now. My mom just called me and said she pulled out my dads MAP card. Which is a form of Medicaid I think. On the back of the card it says to go to a web site to register the card for first time users. She says they did not tell her this when she got the cards. No where on the web site can I find where to register that darn card.

Okay Dad goes to the Drs. tomorrow at the cancer clinic. We will get the results of his bone marrow biopsy I hope and I hope they have the staging done. Prayers needed.

I have a day that I don't HAVE to get anything done until work tonight. I can't remember the last time I had a day to myself. I think I might go window shopping, just caus'.

Good morning, DDA! Nice slow morning here today. My baby isn't coming until 9:30 because she was getting pictures done and the other one won't be here until closer to 10. A nice break in my week! (Also a good chance to actually get something done.)

Now here's hoping the day continues to be a nice quiet one and that yesterday afternoon was an indication that the baby's tummy issues are better and she'll have a better day.

Anyone been to Disney's Vero Beach or Hilton Head resort?

so today is another day that reminds me that I am in a world of "it's complicated"....it's my 19th wedding anniversary.

and last night Cassidy decided to take my sister and BIL up on their offer to go live with them and go to school at UNM or the community college there.

so today is another day that reminds me that I am in a world of "it's complicated"....it's my 19th wedding anniversary.

and last night Cassidy decided to take my sister and BIL up on their offer to go live with them and go to school at UNM or the community college there.

We've been to Vero Beach. We liked it there, lots of activities going on to keep us busy. We were only there one night, but would entertain going back for 2 or 3 nights sometime.

I've been feeling really lousy with allergies!!! Never been this bad before. I thought maybe it was because I had been so sick this winter but everyone is complaining. I tried Claritin but couldn't take that. I bought children's Zyrteck to try that. It is a different drug and maybe a child's dose won't hit me so hard.

Deb-which prepaid cell phone did you get? Are you happy with them? Still have/use them? I was thinking of getting one for Joe for our trip but the choices are overwhelming! I was leaning toward a tracfone. They have a reconditioned Motorola W376G (phone gets good reviews) on their website for $19.99 with double minutes and a 60 minute card (so 120 minutes). Might be worth a shot for $20. I figure there will be some times when it might be nice for Lizzy to have one next year in middle school. This would be a cheaper option then adding a line to my verizon account and I wouldn't have to worry about a lost phone.
