Deb - Glad that you made it even if you are missing a few things. Kids always seem to think that egg crates are comfortable.

I guess that I had better head to bed. Phil is working overnight so I'm guessing that Terra will sleep with me. Tomorrow morning we're going bowling with Girl Scouts and then to the recital. After that, I think Terra has some "plan" but she forgot to finish telling me what it was.

Next week I get a vacation! No babies. On Wed Mom, Rachel, Terra and I are going to Branson and then on Friday meeting Dad on the way down to Oklahoma for his class reunion and to see family. It will be a short trip, but should be nice. With any luck, maybe my cousin's baby will come while we're there!

Thanks but it is Lizzy & I. I would MUCH rather go with 11 year olds instead of 7 year olds. Especially if we get thunder storms tonight.

Doctor says the welts MAY have been bug bites-hard to say. She doesn't have a fever and they don't appear to be spreading so no need to worry. It is impossible to say wether she really had lice or not since she's been treated.


Dentist couldn't get the crown off. He probably just loosened it up more. He said I should be able to just stick it back on if it does fall off.

2 loads of laundry done with 3rd in the dryer. Just a few things from that and I'll be all packed.

I should go start packing the car!

So I had a Drs. appointment today, Jeff and the girls were originally not going to go. But we decided to go ahead and tell my mom today as the nausea is getting hard to hide. Was concerned Olivia would say something about my upset tummy. So we told Olivia this morning about the baby and we all went to the Drs. appt. Can I just say God must really have a sense of humor. We saw 2 heartbeats and 2 separate sacs.

Good morning.

Nicholas has potentially 2 soccers games today. The first is a semi finals game at 11:30. If they win that they plan in the final at 2. Those boys are going to be so HOT. It's supposed to be in the low 90s. Heck, I'm going to be hot just sitting there watching.

Is there a spell to speed up time? The world is only two weeks away from the opening of Universal Studios' The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park, and before the kids stream in through the Hogsmeade gates in their Gryffindor colors, we'll all get a preview of the goods when NBC airs a special on the park this weekend.

The show, due to air on NBC this Sunday, June 6 at 7pm, will finally give us a video glimpse of the place, since Universal Studios has been so secretive and only allowed a few photos and a quick look on Celebrity Apprentice to get out and up the hype. But with two weeks to go, they can hardly contain themselves, and the special will at least give us these things:

Tour the immersive new land inspired by J.K. Rowling’s compelling stories and characters, explore the corridors inside the majestic Hogwarts castle and wander the cobbled streets of Hogsmeade. Viewers will also be treated to exclusive cast commentary and a sneak peek at the authentic detail woven through the entire environment, as well as the area’s new marquee attraction, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, that will forever change the theme park attraction experience.

I have a feeling there is a trip to Universal in our future. We have never been and have never had any desire to go. But I think the lure of Harry and his World may call to Kristin.

Anne Marie - I met Dana's clone today! This man was in a group that performed at our convention. He was originally from LI and his last name is the same as yours! He, however, does not know Dana, so I am thinking they are really not related!

Wow that is funny! We have met alot of people with our last name but not related to us....we actually got someone's mortgage payment papers mailed to us with a family with the same name in our town here.

I thought you all might find this interesting. One of the "perks" of the conventions I attend is the amazing musical guests we get to enjoy. The convention committee outdid themselves this year, in my opinion. We had a group (that I mentioned in my post to Anne Marie) who sang sea shanteys and folk tunes. The gentleman in the video below is self taught. His degree is in English from William and Mary but his love is music. The instrument I filmed is the hammered dulcimer. He doesn't play it like any other artists I have ever seen and the sounds he got out of this instrument were gorgeous. He also played the bowed psalter, pennywhistles and bamboo flutes. He was amazing!

You might need to turn your volume up pretty high.
