Thank you. That's my parent's Christmas present. I got them a 20x24 picture and had it framed. They've been bugging me for a new family picture for a few years now.

The forecast looks cold for Thursday & on in Orlando. Packing gloves & hats for sure!
I am still not packed..no nothing yet..I have many errands to run today & hopefully I can pack tonight..I am running out of time!

Anne Marie - My trip has undergone so many changes and mutations that I have no idea what is going on right now. So.... let's give one another a call when we finally get there!!

Nah. The evil mailman is in charge of INCOMING mail. I NEVER mail anything out from home - I always take it to the post office. And usually NOT the post office designated for my zip code, either!

Pixie has a HORRIBLE cold. She is coughing up green slime.
Not sure if we will go out today or not.

I spoke to the guidance counselor this AM about DS's 2nd semester schedule. I told her it is my STRONG preference NOT to mess with PE if there is any way around it. So she just left his schedule the way it is with Art and Drama! This may come back to bite us later. Stay tuned.

I also asked her about his ITBS scores because we need them for his Arts magnet application. She said the scores are in the system, so she will print them out and send a copy home with DS. His lowest score on any section was a 58%, which was on that math section where he only finished about half of the problems before the time was up. She said on the ITBS there are no exceptions for additional time, so even if we DID have a current 504 it wouldn't have mattered. The application requirements say the kids have to have a minimum score of 40%, and that is for math and reading TOTALS, not on each section. So we're good.

Look what I made today! I'm not real happy with the bows, but this late in the game that was the best ribbon that I could find. I think they need to be bigger.

The kids are packed..Katie only has short sleeve shirts so i hope that & a hoody will be enough. I packed extra pj bottoms for them to wear under their pants if its really cold but I cannot see Katie going for that.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, I will show them to her when she gets home. I put 50 balloons in her bedroom, on the floor & on her bed....I want to see her face when she goes in there....teehee!
