Boy you can tell the cool weather is here, my hands are a mess. I am trying an aloe vera skin care lotion this time.

And last but not least, we got rid of my desk top computer and I now have a lap top. Of course I have a wireless mouse because I could never get used to the pad.

We are back. We met with the VP, & the teacher. I asked for the vp to be there. It got rather emotional for me but I only "let go" once.

Dana kept tapping my leg to tell me to calm down.

Anyway the deal is my DD does not have to dance & there is no connection between the dancing & Spanish. The teacher said it was just "fun" for the kids & that no one else complained. She will not take anything away from her participation grade & she apologized to Katie for raising her voice & her abrupt mannerism.

Dana & I are satisfied with this & hope things will go more smoothly from here going forward.

I'm glad you got that straightened out! It's devastating to be yelled at by a teacher. Hopefully, Katie can put it behind her, as well. Give her a hug from me. I was yelled at by a teacher, too, and it still affects me!

It's a boy! They were going with us on our Disney trip the end of December until she found out. She didn't want to be walking around with only 3 weeks to go. I don't blame her. I told her she just couldn't go early while I was gone.

Hello everyone...I haven't been around in a while...busy with life I guess. I have been thinking about everyone so I thought I would come and see who is still around. Reading back a few pages and it's good to see everyones post.

Afternoon, everyone! Just a quick post, here. Life is going on, hectic as usual.

We had a really nice weekend! Alan and I had a great date night with friends on Friday. We went to Cafe Zupas where I had the Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich with a bowl of Thai Lobster Curry soup. Very yummy! After dinner, we went to see "The Time Traveler's Wife." I'm still not sure how I felt about this movie. I didn't like the book, so I wasn't anxious to see the movie. However, it was better than the book, but the ending was so unsatisfactory!

Saturday was a rainy day, so instead of our planned day, we stayed home and cleaned out our garage. Ick! Not so fun, but maybe I'll be able to park the car in the garage before the snow flies!

Speaking of which, we are supposed to get our first winter storm tomorrow. I'm so not ready! It also means that we will have a terribly cold Halloween! Not looking forward to that!

The kids will be home from school soon, and then we are off again! First stop, the doctor's office to get Katie her last round of Gardasil, and then to my sister's house, where my kids are going through her Halloween costumes. We just didn't have the money to buy anything, and I don't make costumes, so we're begging from my sister. Good thing she never gives a costume away. My kids should have plenty to choose from!

I'll be back later to catch up with everyone!

Good Afternoon All-

I have been reading along...kind of....too much to get into here just don't want to start crying again. The biggest thing is I've broken off a part of a front tooth which sent me over the little precipice I standing on. Thankfully it happened at home because I don't want to break down in public. I so want to live in the fantasy world Jim lives in...not with him just in the fantasy.

Marching band season is done so we move on to the next thing.

Well, I went to work today armed with my pain meds, I only took half doses as a whole one knocks me out, I was hoping that the pain would go away today, but no such luck. After my vision went blurry on me I went ahead and scheduled the CT for Wednesday morning, so now the pain should go away and they'll tell me it is just my sinuses.

Regardless I'm going on my trip, and I'm going to enjoy it!
