morning!
Do you mean this coming weekend or a week and a half out? Some areas are at peak now while others are beyond peak. There is still lots of color, but it is mostly browns and oranges in our area. It is still time away any way you look at it. As cold as it has been I wouldn't be surprised if there was some snow.
I hope Elizabeth is ok. She hasn't been around to much after posting about being cranky.
Thanks! It's this coming weekend. They knew that they would be arriving after peak and are more looking forward to just being away from home.
We are now under a winter weather advisory through Saturday morning for a possibility of wet, heavy snow. It is all dependent on a couple of degrees whether its just a couple of inches or a lot more, so I hope it stays warm enough to keep the snow away. With so much foliage still on the trees, even as little as 4" of the heavy, wet snow could be a real problem. I'm supposed to travel about 2.5 hours from here on Saturday to see Matthew run. It's the only race of his that I have been able to make all year, and I haven't seen him at all since Labor Day weekend. I hope it's just a lot of hype and no bad weather.
Good morning, DDA!
Compared to all of you, our weather is not bad: rain and 46. But YUCK!![]()
