One of the kids from the Make-a-Wish board passed away yesterday, so sad. His name was Noah.
The Dis now has a new smiley named Noah. I thought that was really touching!

WOW--I dont remember having lists like that til at least 11th grade. In my work, the school provides pencil boxes, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, and all of that for each child.

You guys have mentioned that no one seems to be posting. I've noticed that when people go away now they tell us they will post on facebook while they are away. DIS used to be the first place we all went Even back in the day of slow servers and dial up. Maybe fall will bring us all back together I don't facebook so I still hang out here. This page is always up on my computer

I still love coming here when I am home--but when I am away, especially on a cruise, the internet is so slow that I usually only make one stop--By posting on facebook, my family can also see what is going on..But when Im home, Im here and facebook!

I'm still alive....I have had major stress in my life for the last month+...I am just now getting back into posting any where.

It is Friday for me too. And tomorrow I leave for MagicMeets. Without going into a long story, I am going alone. Bob backed out at the last minute and my feelings are hurt.

Hope you ladies are having a blast!!

Thanks for all the pixie dust. It worked! Bob retains primary custody, although it was touch and go. He is emotionally spent.

I've got most of the clothes laid out. Everything just needs to go into the suitcases.

Well I am home..mostly unpacked and the laundry is going. it was such an amazing trip! Im absolutely exhausted but Im going to work on getting some pictures up-=i love seeing them on the computer since the camera screen is so tiny.

I am all caught up on here now too--whew!

What a fantastic time I had at Magic Meets.

I think this was the best one. I know that Becky and Elin really enjoyed themselves. We told them to get the kleenexes ready and boy did we need them. With all the monies donated from each event and online donations, the amount was $16,325. They were almost ready to reveal that amount and Justin Muchony the CMO handed them an envelope with a letter and said they might want to adjust the final amount.

It seems that a gentleman was ready to go on Space Mountain and was in the que and talking to another gentleman and his son. In talking he found out that the young man was worried he would not be tall enough to ride Space Mountain. Well the very nice gentleman took them to a nearby popcorn stand and helped them put napkins in the boy's sneakers so he would appear taller. It worked!!! He also found out that they were on a Make a Wish trip for the young man and they knew that this was going to be his last trip.

Back home, he kept thinking about what had transpired, and he said it really got to him that it could have been his child. He went into work and was able to raise $10,000. That brought the total up to $26,325. I still get teary eyed just thinking about this.

Just got home from a day and half at Magic Meet. Chuckie came along since he knew we were staying at the Raddison Hotel and remembered they had Sleep Number beds.

I won the bid for Dinner with Deb Wills in Palo on the December cruise. Chuckie really liked Palo last year.

Next year it seems that they are going to do a Magic Meets Cruise in July. I sure wish I was able to do that. They had twenty cabins sold by the end of the day. Somehow, I don't think Stephanie and I can justify that trip and then the 14 day Transatlantic one in September!!!!

Justn Muchovy was the main speaker today and I enjoyed his talk. He really should be a motivational speaker. You could tell that he has loved this past year.

I also went to the Adventures by Disney talk with Deb Wills. I gotta admit that after hearing her, I would be willing to do one.

I am home, had a fantastic time. I really wanna go on the Magicmeets cruise next July but doubt it will happen. It truly is an amazing group of people with huge hearts.
