Janet - that was a pretty darned good re-cap, missy! :teeth:

Heidi - I am glad you are feeling better today. I woke up with a nasty headache... feels like sinus/weather issues. I need to check the forecast to see what Mother Nature is brewing out there!

Lindsay- I am so sorry that you are having complications. But just keep doing what the doctors say and you and baby Austin will be just fine!!

Heidi- Glad you are feeling better.

Elin- Oh no. I am sorry you aren't feeling well.:wizard:

Beth- Thanks for the good thoughts. :goodvibes It's good to see you around here. When does Matthew leave for school?

Theresa- :yay:What a great present. I bet I could get her to come my way!:rotfl:

Janet- That was a great recap! I hope you'll be able to make that December trip work.

Deb- :yay:for passports.

So my sister wanted her kids back yesterday.:sad1: My mom picked them up and took them home. Lots of weird things going on over there. I can only pray that the wheels that have been set into motion start to turn quickly because those kids are not in a healthy/safe environment. It breaks my heart that there is not a thing I can do until it gets to the point where it's almost too late. I had a talk with Emma & Alyssa (I talked to both of them together so neither one would feel like I was singling them out) the other day and told them that I am here for them whenever they need me. All they had to do was tell me what is bothering them and while I can't promise to fix anything, I will try by best to make it better.

Thank you everyone.

Elin hope your headache goes away soon.

Heidi glad you are feeling better!

Robyn I pray that everything works out for the best & soon :wizard:

Riley had an eye Dr. appointment yesterday. His prescription reading glasses were getting to be to small & he has been having some bad headaches, I thought the glasses were the problem. Well somehow between his last visit(2 years ago, yes I am bad)his eye sight has gotten better & he no longer needs glasses. While this makes me very happy it also makes me wonder how :confused3 He does have allergies in his eyes & I guess this explains why lately he always looks like he has just gotten out of a pool with a lot of chlorine in it. So we now have a prescription for that. Now I need to make an appointment with our regular Dr. as I am thinking Riley might be having migraines.

It is another rainy, yucky day here. I can't believe school will be starting soon, sign ups start next week :sad2: This summer or what little we have had, has gone by much to quickly!

Janet if Riley was wearing glasses that he didn't need, that would most certainly cause headaches. I've been there and done that with a misdiagnosis in college. Those headaches may just magically disappear:goodvibes

Hmmm, I didn't think of that!

I received a Food & Wine festival booklet in the mail yesterday, has anyone else gotten one? This is the 1st time this has happened, they are still trying to tempt me :rotfl:

Lindsay-it is so lovely to see your typeface:goodvibesWhile I love the fact that we are going to see you are more often, I am sorry Austin and your uterus aren't getting along.

Robyn-I am sure mom goes your way quite often. You should hijack her sometime...she makes a mean drink!

Janet-I agree with Deb...I bet the headaches can at least in part be because of the not needed glasses.

My mom is going up to the mountains to Vail for cousins reunion for the next three days, which is actually a good thing as Cassidy's 2 9-9's are today and Thursday. Her cousin Joyce owns a condo there. Last night as we were parting I told her to not have too much fun as I can't afford bail and I need her just in case I need bail. :rotfl: With my mom here, I haven't had as many neck/head issues, amazing what a little joy can do:goodvibes I do still want time alone with her but I am enjoying the time I do get with her.

I have time to be on the computer and nobody is on?? Geesh, I promise I showered today!!:rotfl:

I will keep Ama in mind...I would love some mean drinks right about now!!

So this morning I was in the shower shaving my legs and I slipped. Ugh. I smacked my elbow on the outside of the tub and my thigh on the side of the tub. Very, very sore!!!!!

For those who are feeling under the weather:hug:

I have the best mom in the world.....On Saturday we were discussing Senior Pics and how I had just had the thought earlier in the week, that I would use the winter to practice and save up for a DSLR and do Senior Pics for people at the cost of a memory card and my time wherever they want....saving them money and allowing them to print whichever poses they want whenever they want.

Well, my mom took me today to buy any DSLR I wanted!!!This was me on the Light Rail , me at Wolf Camera:yay::eek::woohoo: and me now:upsidedow

what a great mommy:wizard::yay:

Hi Lindsay. Congrats on your little man. Are you dilated or just effaced. At 32 weeks with Olivia I was put on bedrest I was 2-3 cm and 50% effaced. I also had contractions each day. So I know how it can be. PM me if you want to talk. And where I work I see lots of irritable utereus.

Theresa I am here. I got on to check emails and am about to go back to bed. I went to bed with a Headache. I woke up at 4 and it had turned into a migraine. Luckily work called me at 5am to ask if I wanted to be home on call. I tried to sleep some this morning to get rid of it but Virginia had other ideas. Jeff took the girls to moms on his way to work.

Somehow I missed 2 pages :headache:

Lindsay I'm glad to see you though I wish it were with happier news. Take it easy for a couple more weeks and little Austin will be just fine. Hunter came at 35 weeks and all was well.

Robyn I'm sorry about things with your sister. I hope that the kids aren't in any danger

Theresa I'm glad you've found a little happiness the last few days.

The boys and I went over to my parents house and help them pile a bulkhead full of wood. Then we swam for a while and just got home. I have a honey teriaki meatloaf in the oven and carrots on the stove. After dinner I need to take Nick to Borders to exchange a book. The one he thought he wanted does not appeal to him and he need to read 2 books and write a report before the end of summer. Hunter need a new backpack so we're going to check Staples and Kohls. I need to buy him a good quality one this year as he went through 3 of the okay variety last year.

Deb, I remember buying Steve a backpack from L L Beam and it ripped the first year. They sent him a new one no charge and he still has it from elementary school!!!!
