Heidi-I hope your DIS/internet issues are fixed quickly as I miss your type face around here (though the DIS is still wonky for me also). I am so sorry to hear your bad news...a stomach anuerysm sounds icky anyway and then lung cancer on top of it sounds horrid. The older gentleman at work that was off his rocker battled lung cancer for about 3 years, went in for an experimental treatment that went horribly wrong and passed away at the beginning of June. I hope that they are able to keep her comfortable

Debbie-I am sorry your A/C went out....ours did too, last summer....but we are surviving without it...I don't think I could where you live.
I have had a very interesting last couple of days. I got a call yesterday that I had won a prize pack to Cheyenne Frontier Days

and when could I pick them up? (I picked them up this afternoon, it has 4 rodeo tickets, 4 museum entrance tickets, 4 meals, 4 park and ride tickets, 4 cap coupons....not shabby...but was hoping for the $500 shopping spree for there)
Abi & I then went to the cooking class that I have been enjoying every other Thursday...it was mexican so I didn't really learn any recipes, other than a strange, but tasty, cherry salsa.
I came home to a message on Facebook that a friend I lost track of (do you know how many families live in FL with the last name Sturgeon?? thousands

) had joined facebook just to find me.

Her oldest is exactly 11 months older than Cassidy and was her first best friend. Andy(which is why we named or Pal Mickey, Andy) is now in the Army serving in Afghanistan right now but is stationed out of Ft. Carson which is just about an hour and a half away from us.
This morning the girls and I went to have our hair cut.....our friends that did it have a worm farm....they are now probably happily munching on about 6 lbs of hair....my hair hasn't been this short since I was a little kid, I think.
I promise pictures later.
Tomorrow, after hitting the Plato's Closet grab bag sale we will head to the new movie theater that is having $2 movie, popcorn and pop previews tomorrow to benefit a local charity.
